One of the most useful ai tools that integrates well in my architectural workflow.

I had 1940 credits but today I saw that all credits deleted. This is riddiculus I paid for that credits.

I find this program to be a waste of money. I tried different ways of explaining my requests — keywords, sentences, even JSON. My instructions were not followed, even though I specified every time that I did not want the volumetry to be changed, it was still changed. I do not recommend it.

I recently paid for the Monthly Subscription (Basic Plan). My payment of $22.80 was successfully processed via Mastercard on June 11, 2026. My billing timeline clearly shows that my subscription is currently active.

However, despite having an active subscription, I am completely unable to generate any renders in the mnml.ai studio. The platform is restricting my account as if I do not have an active plan or credits. It seems there is a major synchronization bug between the Lemon Squeezy billing system and my mnml.ai account.

I contacted Lemon Squeezy support over 12 hours ago and mnml.ai support recently. My workflow is currently on hold due to this restriction.

I am posting this here because I see the mnml.ai team is active on Trustpilot. The AI tools look incredibly promising, but being locked out of a paid account is very frustrating. I will gladly update my rating and review once this sync issue is investigated and my generation access is restored.

[UPDATE]: I previously left a review regarding a synchronization bug with my billing and account access. I am very happy to report that the mnml.ai support team reached out promptly, completely resolved the sync issue, and fully restored my generation access with in few hours after my previous review.

Now that I am back to my workflow, I have to say that the ArchDiffusion v4.0 and the new Studio interface are absolute game-changers for architectural visualization. The platform allows for an incredible level of photorealism. The way it handles material textures (like natural stone and wood) and complex lighting scenarios (like the Golden Hour) is phenomenal and perfectly aligns with high-end architectural standards.

Technical glitches can happen to any software, but how a company handles them shows their true value. Excellent customer service and a truly top-tier AI product. Highly recommended!

This website provides lots of AI tools in interior, architecture, masterplan, videos, upscaling and many more with an outstanding quality, which were very useful.

I want to give them more than 5 star. Their Studio & render result so good. As a designer I always focus on my quality but currently without AI it's not possible. And mnml.ai help me to achieve this goal so easily.

Mnml is a one of a kind platform, specifically for architects and 3d visualizers.

I have been using it for more than a year now for different tasks, like turning wireframe images into fully rendered photos, style transfer and improving my 3d renders quality.

It is a complete scam software. Literally just chat gpt wrapper. You put in a prompt and it spits out something competely different than what you asked for. You then try to edit, and again, either makes no changes or completely changes the plans. This software is a complete scam. Not worth it at all.

Generally a good experience and delivers impressive results. They have also been responsive to queries/issues that I've raised. There is still a slight amber flag for me around the 3rd party app called Lemon Squeezy that they use to manage billing and you will see that their TrustPilot score is 1.7, which is concerning.

The AI tool has potential but most of the time it gets something critically wrong, that's where it becomes frustrating. The Edit tool doesn't work at all. It doesn't follow the edit prompts and just makes a general mess of what you're trying to fix. A waste of time and money at this point. I just purchased the 5000 credit package and I feel I was ripped of because it was misrepresented.

Nearly very useful but it has certain quirks that need ironing out - at least for my use. It seems to stubbornly ignore various positive and negative prompts such that you have to use a LOT of renders (and therefore paid-for credits) to get frustratingly close to what you want without ever actually achieving it. Great potential but at the moment it is close but no cigar from my personal experience.
