Horrible service gentleman couldn’t even program the key made for my car. I’ve been calling for a whole week even left a message with one of the people who answered the call and never got a call back. My car doesn’t lock at all now and the key only works for the ignition. Every time I call all they say is we’ll send someone asap and repeat my address and no one contacts back or comes. They should be ashamed robbing a pregnant women for $220 for a key that’s worthless and the person that made it did something so now nothing works I can’t close it manually or anything. Don’t be fooled with this company these supposedly good reviews most likely is there own employees. Worst mistake was calling this fraud company. I’ve been way too nice and patient and they just playing games with me. Do Not call them at all for a new key.

Ron came out to help me with a difficult lock. He was great - friendly, professional, knowledgeable. He had great communication and was easy to work with. Even better, he was able to fix the lock even though it was really a bear. I'd happily recommend him and plan to use Infinity again!

I called Mobile Locksmith about a padlock on a storage unit to which I had lost the keys. Ron met me at the facility and was able to cut the lock so I could gain access. He was super helpful and friendly - I would definitely recommend Mobile Locksmith Philadelphia.
