I've been using mobile monster for a while now and I am happy with what they provide. In this instance I would have given a 5 star rating but settled on 4 as the satchel was a bit late getting to me this time, and the payment wasn't as quick as usual. However once I inquired about the payment they made sure it came through quickly. They are normally very efficient so will definitely use them again.

I was sceptical at first but everything went as described on the website. It was an easy process to log the details, send the phone in and then get paid. Remember to check your battery health as you get a little extra if you take care of your phone.

It’s easy to drop off in any AusPost branch for free.
