Hello John, we hear your concerns around privacy. We only share limited, anonymised data with Meta Platforms in line with GDPR to make ads more relevant and avoid repetition.
We never share personal or sensitive information, and carers can control or opt out of ad preferences at any time in their Facebook settings or by contacting us. We hope this helps.

Personal Data Security
I am concerned that if you enter your profile all your data is on a. Public Forum accessible to any one even if they do not have a Mobilise account. This looks as if it will make membership vulnerable to hackers etc, not good for Carers! I emailed them to ask how to unsubscribe but no reply…..

What a great resource. Why don't more carers know about this?
What a great resource. As a carer it's quite difficult to keep up to date with what's going on outside your own little bubble. The mobilise service is really outstanding when it comes to keeping in touch with others in the same boat. The website and app work seamlessly and the support team never seem too busy to answer questions and queries. The zoom sessions are particularly good. I don't understand why more people in the caring role don't use it... ..and it's FREE!

Finding Mobilise was a Godsend
I. am absolutely amazed at getting help like this. We were feeling utterly desperate as debilitating illness has descended on both of us so suddenly and there seems to be noone to help! Navigating our way through the maze of forms and technology to get financial help is a huge challenge. Help neds to be paid for because they need to eat too. All of that when your mind is severely limited because of the demands that the illness makes on one's body, combined with the side-effects of medication. Essential medication for which I am so grateful but it sure takes it's toll on one's mind! So two usually capable and competent senior citizens are in a real muddle. Finding mobilise was a Godsend!
