I was recommended to mobility Giant through a friend and on making that first call to them the customer service was exceptional friendly easy to talk to and explained everything clearly.Sverything happened as they said it wouldand my wheelchair was deliveredon the day and time it was agreed. On delivery the man explained everything about the chair showed me where everything was and how it worked and only left when he knew I was happy and understood . Ive been more than happy with the product and it has helped me get my independence back thank you mobility giant highly recommend.

I had an issue with my seat on my tga breeze s4 max. Wayne arrived and immediately identified the issue and resolved the issue. He was on time, polite, friendly and he genuinely cared about my safety on the scooter. Thanks to Wayne im back on my scooter enjoying my freedom. 5 star service from Wayne. This is the 2nd mobility scooter I have purchased from Mobility Giant. Both secondhand.
Both arrived looking immaculate, new batteries, no rust.
I received my Kymco within a week of ordering.
Lee who delivered within the allotted 3 hr timeframe, went above and beyond, by explaining everything and changing the seats over as I wanted to keep my old seat.
Communication was exceptional from purchase to delivery.
I would highly recommend this super efficient family run company.

From start to finish mobility giant where very professional with my rental the delivery driver was very helpful and knowledgeable he did not rush to get away to is next delivery he went through everything with me and left when I was happy.

Great customer service from the initial order they kept me informed of the status and of the supply dates which was spot on it arrived at 7am, Lee the representative showed me around the controls whilst ensuring I didn't have have any unanswered questions he was both friendly and polite with a good sense of humour.
I would recommend mobility giant to anyone who requires a first class mobility scooter like the tga breeze s3 which is in excellent condition plus the sales team were very helpful and patient whilst not at all pushy

Went above and beyond to get me the make and model of scooter I loved. I'd hired one previously and it was perfect.
Price was fantastic, service wonderful as usual and delivery superb .

Hi from the moment I chose my scooter to the delivery they were very good at telling me what I will get and informing me all the time would recommend them fully

No problems about swapping my old scooter, I had emails came straight through to confirm. We were given a date and a time slot and on the morning of delivery received another email narrowing time down and sure enough right on time a pleasant gentlemen called Lee arrived with my new scooter, quite humorous and went into good detail about the replacement scooter and the other services on offer such as breakdown recovery. When he left he said he hoped the scooter would more suit my needs, and to get in touch if any problems and to take care. Very satisfied.
Also a thought about the staff the helped when first choosing a replacement scooter they were extremely helpful
