First of all Tony was and is extremely knowledgeable about Mobility Max Pride Go Go Carts. Secondly he’s not going to let you leave his store without knowing how to take down and reassemble your cart. Also a big plus he makes himself available by phone for any questions the buyer may have after leaving the store. I’ve had my cart almost a year and he still answers any questions that I may have. Tony is a real true asset to Mobility Max. I will always say get your Mobility Cart and the Maximum knowledge about your purchase from TONY. He will let you down!

Owner said he would contact us following Monday to secure wires with cable ties and deliver a cup holder.
Never heard from him

These folks know how to treat people! They fitted me up for a scooter that doesn't suit my needs. I didn't know how big it is until it arrived. I had a few questions and they got an engineer from the manufacturer to contact me and discuss my issue. I couldn't imagine any better customer support! Thanks, Terek and Tony! They make the world go around at Mobility Maxx!

I ordered my rollator via telephone. Tony assembled the rollator and delivered it to my residence within four days. Tony was knowledgeable and personable and made my purchase pleasant. I have since recommended MobilityMaxx to other residents in my retirement community.

I've had this scooter for 9 years and never knew that you could plug in the charger through the handle. I always plugged it in from the battery. He also told me when to plug it in. He was knowledgeable and very friendly.

I found Mobility Max on a Google search and decided to call. I was told that my sales representative was on a call and he would call me back. He did call me back within an hour and he spent about 90 minutes with me asking me about how I would use the scooter and then finding me the one that would fit my needs. He took the time to explain what steps I needed to take and called me back several times to keep me updated on what was going on. He was very helpful and listened to me and made sure he understood my needs.

Tony Rivas is terrific to work with.He is knowledgeable, courteous and he follows up with you. My scooter arrived on time and after my son-in-law assembled it and it was charged I was off and running. Terrific salesman and product.

I was having a problem with my scooter, and I called your company and spoke with Jason, who referred me to Tony at the location closest to me. Tony contacted me and made arrangements to meet with us my husband and I and resolve my issues. I was not aware that the store had relocated. We always went to the festival flea market where your store closed and I thought they went out of business. But I’m thrilled to know you’re not out of business and appreciated Tony’s help.

Tony was great. He was very helpful during the ordering process, delivery and setup.
