I withdrew directly to my phone number but it never reflected on the other end but on the site it shows it was succesful

Vouchers take long to be delivered one…

Vouchers take long to be delivered one has to followup in order to get voucher this is very disappointing.

Skrill and other cash withdrawal such as virtual visa options should be made available.

Inability to login after login out - error message claims too many logins when none.

This platform has changed following upgrade

You should receive your reward vouchers within 5 days after redeeming without having to contact us each time. This is an automatic process. If this is not happening, I would like to know more about your experience.

Could you please submit a ticket to our customer support team and provide me with your account information, the order number for any orders you have not received within the 5 day time frame, screenshots of the error message you receive when you are trying to login? If you can take a video, that would be even better! This information will give me the ability to discuss this with our tech team to see if we can figure out if there's an issue happening on our side and, if so, get it fixed as quickly as possible!

Mobiworkx survey is the best, they are not a scam, after doing your survey your payment will be reflect immediately, and have withdrawn 3x on the app.I really appreciate the app and please you people should should try and make many survey available

I really wish to give zero star

I really wish to give zero star, we do complain about their upgrade they do nothing, l did a survey till the end and they did not credited the amount to my balance, secondly we are still experiencing more closed surveys making it hard to make 5 dollars, eversince you partnered with lightspeed things are dead on this site really, that lightspeed is a complete scam, they are busy closing surveys and pocket the money for themselves,what's the use then of sending surveys if we can't complete even 1 out of 10 you do sends

Absolute shame & scamof a platform

Mobiworkx should be ashamed to run a platform like this. I joined in 2021 and for years I have never been paid a cent. Every time I got close to completing a task you disqualified me just to avoid paying. This is pure exploitation.

No one should waste their time here. I left my full review here, so others don’t fall into the same trap. This platform should not even be operational.

I got a survey mail of $1.25 for 20…

I got a survey mail of $1.25 for 20 minutes at 07:30AM, but when I logged into my account at 07:37AM, No such survey appears on dashboard. What is this! I have mailed you frequent times for same matter that survey mail receives but no such survey appears on dashboard then you reply that survey was closed due to fill up quota. Suppose, this same survey that received today 01 Sep 2025 was of 20 minutes then in just 7 minutes, how it can be fulled with it quota.

This same case happened too many times but no proper reply from your end. I am totally fraustated. This same is happening since when you switched to your new website. I haven't redeemed even 1 time in previous 3 months.

Mobiworkx is a legit survey company that rewards with cash or airtime. I have received airtime from them on several occasions. I received 5000 naira MTN Airtime from them today. Thank you Mobiworkx. Please always make surveys available for me to do. I therefore recommend it to everyone.

Huge loss for the panelists

This Company is taking my $13 Rewards, and they claim I have forfeited them, but they continue to send surveys. Whoever is going to join, just be alert.
I have used my time and airtime to do their surveys, and now they refer to the clauses.

I hate the new site…

I hate the new platform because now they even take long to reward for referrals since last month I have 52 referrals but no payment,I am done with this.

Since they upgraded their website…

Since they upgraded their website things are falling apart I can't be even login for full 2 days when I finally do the surveys are closed ... I'm so sad about this because this mobiworksx is where I make money since I'm not working

NOT HAPPY WITH THE NEW UPGRADE

WHO EVER CAME WITH THE IDEA TO UPDATE THE WEBSITE HAS TOTALLY MESSED IT UP BEYOND REPAIR!TO LOGIN PAGE IS BROKEN, IF YOU MANAGED TO LOGIN MORE THAN 5 SURVEYS APPEARS WHICH ALL OF THEM HAD ALREADY CLOSED A WEEK ENDS WITHOUT EVEN COMPLETING A SINGLE SURVEY. MOBIWORKX WHY ARE YOU NOT LISTENING TO US AS THE MAJORITY WE TOTALLY NOT HAPPY WITH NEW UPGRADE IT NOT BENEFITING US AT ALL. THERE IS NO WAY YOU WILL REVERT THIS WEBSITE THAT IS A MESS INSTEAD JUST MIGRATE US TO THE OLD WEBSITE
