There’s no basic or helpful settings that allows you to see your paid plan. Just upgrade and downgrade.

Beware when upgrading your Modalyst account for Shopify, your downgrade button might be non responsive to clicks. Therefore if you no longer want to pay the subscription and cancel due to common issues on their app like syncing products and adding them to your store then you sh!t out of luck

Every time I try to link a new product after getting the “Start Up” it keeps saying failed. Going on 3 days without support

Feels like I’ve been scammed

54 dollars for auto vacuum hahaha aliexpress have the same vacuum for less than 10 dollars , so they make dropshipping with the dropsellers, temu , aliexpress shein etc etc I got 6 jackets different colors 50 each one real price 350 amazing jackets amazing, 95% temu was very serious company , the bad thing is the shipping time and the packaging is horrible if they offer me 5 dollars plus for a gift package I accept,

Modalyst

Modalyst had its pros and cons. It had a very easy interface. It only took me minutes to figure out how to use it. Super easy to add products. Downside is there isn't a lot of products from the US and the ones that they do have are low quality. That means you're ultimately stuck with alibaba and aliexpress which takes literally 2-8 weeks just to ship your products. Customer service was spotty. I had great experiences but also got a very rude rep who pretty told me to go elsewhere and wouldn't answer my question. I would have stayed but I got modalyst because I was on wix and wix was so horrible that I cancelled my wix sub. I asked modalyst if they would transfer my plan to my new shopify website and they said no. Note that I did not have a free modalyst plan that came with my wix. I ordered modalyst separately by an app upgrade through my wix dashboard. They wouldn't even consider or talk to me about the situation and I had only used two weeks of my monthly sub. That made me angry how they immediately shut me down and wouldn't even talk to me. They told me to go to wix so I did. Wix told me they already paid modalyst in full what I paid for my sub so I took it as Modalyst was just looking for my cash and wasn't willing to help me out. Take my money and turn their backs. All of that combined with a less than desirable inventory, I wouldn't recommend it.

Cette société nous prend pour des idiots. Si vous n'avez pas d'abonnements vous achetez plus cher leurs produits mais sans abonnements vous ne pouvez pas importer leurs produits. Tout ça pour vous faire croire qu'ils ne prennent aucune commission au final. Seuls les produits chinois sont mis en avant alors qu'ils ne sont pas aux normes et leurs tarifs et délais de livraison sont impossibles à revendre.

Great app. I like their selection of products. Lately, I run into a serious problem where inventory didn't update and out of stock products were showing available for sale! had to cancel one order because of it. I was both pissed and worried. I didn't want it to happen again and have that reputation. I contacted their tech team, they quickly identified and solved the problem. that was a huge relief.

Great app, I had to test the products first, until I found great killer product (fast delivery, good price). I'm making now 1-2k per month while sitting on my coach. Thank you!

Terrible experience

We've been on this platform from the very beginning when they launched. At first their customer service was fine, but last month they tricked us into believing that they will refund a commission fee for a canceled order, but they never did. After we returned the entire sum to the retailer, Jose who was up until that moment very responsive disappeared and stopped responding to our messages. We still haven't received back the commission they took for the canceled order and we probably never will. So I would suggest to any brand that is looking to join this platform to steer clear of them. We've had some very bad experiences with them, and this was the tipping point.

Woocommerce direct API not supported but importing a csv file they say its working.

I had tried to export a single product to a csv file, when tried to import to woocommerce the matching columns were complicated to match and the result was dissappointing.

When i requested for help as a PRO PLAN member, the support told me that this is how the product is shown!!! when importing as a csv.

I can say that the behaviour of the support person was ignorant, and therefore i requested a cancellation after just few hours and refund...

Its been almost 4 days my plan is not cancelled and my refund is not proceeded.
