Read the small print, my biggest mistake of not doing that, i ordered 3 dresses over £100 only to find out they don't do refunds only credit note, then to use credit note, I'm still trying to work that out....

Bought a dress which l didn’t like unfortunately. On asking for a refund l was told to take a picture of the item, plus packaging plus original order email. Err no! Went back and said they already had this info and they seemed to be making it as difficult as possible. Then l received an email giving me details on how to start the return process. Only gave me options to get credit or exchange. Err no! Consumer Rights Act means anything bought online/unseen can be returned within 14 days. Told them this. I’ve just had an email telling me to return for a refund by tracked method to China! Seriously! On the package l received there is a UK address which l have pointed out to them so let’s wait and see. Absolutely shocking scammers - don’t touch them with a barge pole.

The most horrible experience. Bought and paid for three blouses, only two arrived. Sent a message through the Vanessa Bruno site and a nice lady answered immediately with promise to help right away. Then not a word. Have tried for 8 days to get in contact and get a refund for the missing item. Nothing. Do not shop from this website!

The products she is selling on Poshmark are Shein products. The pictures are the exact pictures from Shein with the exact models. The $5 shirts sold on Shein are being sold for $50-150 by this lady. She is a scammer!
As a guy new to poshmark, I stumbled across this ladies multiple accounts and the vast variety of men’s clothing she had. The prices were high but for a boutique I guess that is expected. I ordered a few things and it took a while to arrive. After the shorts and coat I had purchased finally were delivered, I realized they were not worth the value I had just paid. After trying to resell them as they were much to small I was alerted they were from a website out of china. BUYERS BEWARE this lady is scamming thousands of people with outrageous pricing on very cheaply made clothing. DO NOT FALL FOR HER SCAM OF HER OWN SHOP AND BRAND. She has numerous POSH accounts with all the same cheap Shein merchandise. Check it out friends - shein.com
Absolutely awful merchandise. After ordering a few pieces it was clear these were not made or true to US sizing. Thoroughly searching through the internet it became clear this lady is using SHEIN as her “own” boutique and calling it her own clothing. Shein is a company in china that makes VERY cheap clothes and you can buy them on shein.com. She upsells for 50% of what you can go online and purchase them yourself for. DO NOT BUY from this scam. Do your research and check out shein.com if you want to purchase everything on her website, poshmark, facebook, etc for a fraction of the price.
Edit: why would you wait 6years to contest a review. That is beyond wild. I purchsed from this terrible place. Had the worst experience of my life. Im not removing my review. Its been 6years!!! I will never give you another chance. My review stands true!!
I dont even want to give this scum of a company 1 star. 💩💩💩💩💩💩 is more like it. I placed a regretful order in april. I was excited like any other person. I received one swimsuit. Then the issues started happening. I never got another piece of my order. Then to top is off the suit I got.... defective and was trash. So I reached out to the company. Ive sent well over 30emails. They are not apologetic for their issues. I told the lady how disappointed I am and that I want the ruin suit replaced and my others delivered. Well its December. She placed my missing pieces in an order..... to the wrong address. Here goes another 30emails. Here's the email for any struggle women out there.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! The sizes run very small, they sent one of my swimsuits to Portland and I live in TX! There is no way to get ahold of these people. I've sent many many emails and no one has responded to me. This place is terrible. Do not trust this site and do not buy from here unless you just want to give them money and not get what you order. Absolutely AWFUL! If I could rate this as a 0 star then I would.
I ordered 3 suits(part of a buy 2 get 1 free). It took 30 days for 2 to arrive, I still haven't received the 3rd.
1 doesn't fit(fits small than any other size I have ordered). The 2nd one has mold on it, and the coloring is bleeding onto other parts of the swim suit. I'm looking up the return and it looks difficult to return and they are charging me for the shipping cost.

I had read that the sizes run small. So I bought an L instead of an M (which I am). They arrived and are literally child sized. they fit my 5 year old(and shes small for her age. I wouldn't purchase unless you're looking for clothes for your doll. Not to mention, one bathing suit showed up COVERED IN MOLD. Huge black spots all over the front of it. No hiding it. Theres no way to salvage it.

The selection is very trendy but everything runs small. My first purchase was in the plus department, on her Poshmark plus site. I asked for specific measurements and the item still needed alterations. The quality of the clothing appears good and the commercials for the owners relationship with Poshmark are very positive and Vanessa’s accessibility for questions and advice with my closet led me to purchase all of my female family members clothing for Christmas 2018 on “Black Friday”. The clothing was very cute but to my disappointment every item opened on December 25th needed to be even exchanged due to size. I knew I would be expected to pay shipping but I was refused an even exchange due to the strictest Returns & Exchanges policy I have ever seen before or since. I now read all policies prior to purchase. This was a very expensive lesson to learn and I have 5 very disappointed ladies in my family for Christmas. My Grandmother was the worst as I am ill, unable to drive and I got her something very special because she takes me to all my Dr appointments. I discussed this policy at length with Vanessa for an agreeable solution and hers was for me to sell the items and buy the correct sizes. I've yet to see a policy like this. I wish I would have read it prior to purchase but I didn't and even if it was a normal 30 day policy because Thanksgiving fell early last year, I'm sure this company would not have worked with that either. So many other companies took that into consideration and even extended their Christmas policy to January 15, 19. Shout out Enchanted Door. Caveat emptor or buyer beware. The policy is as follows.
Returns & Exchanges
Exchange or merchandise credit offered only within 3 days from confirmed merchandise delivery date. A 10% restock fee will be applied to all returns and deducted from credit amount. If said time period has passed since date of purchase or if items are not returned in the same condition as they were shipped with tags attached, free of stains & odors/scents, items unworn and unwashed, unfortunately we cannot offer you store credit or exchange. You (customer) will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
