The dress is too big. And they don’t provide return or exchange. Now I am left without a proper dress for my brothers wedding. Keep this in mind when ordering ladies. I reached out and they said they would give me a 10% discount if I gave a review and I did. I give my honesty annd how my experience went. they didn’t like what I wrote and refused a discount code. Horrible customer service forcing positive feedback or they won’t try to better the situation. Customer service is about providing service that will help the customer feel heard or have a better experience even if they are unable to provide a refund instead they offered a discount and took it back because they didn’t like my review. Aka they want you to lie

The quality of the fabrics is excellent, and the designs always follow the latest trends while staying modest. I also loved how the pieces look exactly like the photos. Highly recommended!

there were a lot of problems with customs. There is a high cost of customs clearance if the dress costs 200€ and delivery is 200€. They indicate 400 € in the declaration as the cost of the goods. Very high delivery costs compared to other clothing stores from Turkey. I think they also do tax free on shipped goods. I don't recommend this store.
