Modern Mobility UK Reviews 

I have been into the Leicester store recently enquiring about a rising chair for my mum as a family friend pushed me in their direction and I have seen lots of great reviews, wow is all I can say!! Beckys knowledge helped me with any doubts and worry’s I had about getting something like this for mum. The other chap there made me feel at home with his humour (sorry I didn’t get his name) . i will definitely be back in touch to order mum a chair 😁

PS I was not surprised to see so many good reviews but I just thought I would add the review that is 1 star I think is so unrealistic. Why would someone complain about a business having cameras, doesn’t every business have them?

I just wanted to say I was in town today for my weekly shop and went to look at a wheelchair at modern mobility I was so impressed with jess at the shop and overwhelmed with her knowledge very happy

Bought another stick today excellent quality very good customer I would advise you not to go anywhere else Jess was excellent helping me to get what stick I bought this you won’t go wrong buying from this company would not go anywhere else it was for my mother in law for a wedding for her grand daughter she wanted a teal stick to match her wedding outfit it will make her day thanks Jess very much

I visited modern mobility yesterday. On arriving both members of staff were both so welcoming.
Beckie explained everything to myself about a riser chair as i had no clue & was shopping for my dad who was unable to go in.
The next day Beckie took the largest chair available to see if this was a correct fit for him. It wasn't, therefore she took measurements & we have a bespoke one on order. Her communication has been fantastic. Within 24 hours of first walking into the shop, we have a chair on order. I am so impressed & will not hesitate to use them again.

Great service from russ curry and jess whittle from Blackburn site. Kept me informed at all times very helpful team. The scooter rides lovely . Had a great ride out thank you both for all your help and support I received from start to finish. Would recommend if needed to anyone.

Had a grab rail fitted in my bathroom. Andrew did a very neat job and cleaned up after. Good fast service highly recommend Modern Mobility Blackburn.

Whilst a patient in Blackburn Royal Hospital, the physiotherapist asked me if I had any aids at home i.e. grab rails to which I said we could do with 2 at the front door. The next day, Andrew & Lewis came from Modern Mobility to fit them and they have done a really professional job. They are two great friendly guys and "thank you very much" to them.

I needed a walking aid for my mother last week so visited Modern Mobility at Fosse Shopping Park, Leicester. Nick looked after me brilliantly and recommended the product best suited to her needs. She is now a lot safer in her home and no longer wall-surfing!!! Thank you Nick.

I took my nana into Modern Mobility shop at Fosse Park Leicester, and Nick who looked after us went above and beyond to help us! He came out to my nanas address to test the scooter to make sure it fits up my nanas entrance, before she decided if she would purchase it, she was very pleased with it and purchased the scooter. Nick was so helpful and shown us how to take apart, charge etc.. definitely recommend. Thank you.

I went to Modern Mobility today as I had a problem with my battery on my scooter. I rang and spoke to Beckie who was very friendly and helpful and said to go round and they would help. On arrival Beckie and Nick was there and Nick was so friendly and a great help. Credit to the company. Thank you for all your help both

I had a stairlift fitted by Nick & Simon, what 2 lovely guys ❤️So friendly & helpful & such a good price & quality, Becky on reception was also lovely & friendly, nothing is any trouble for them to help you , excellent

I have just been into modern mobility at foss park Leicester to buy a scooter. I was served by a very friendly and helpful gentleman called Nick. I would highly recommend anyone looking or needing any help with medical needs to go there.
