Does anyone have a contact number or who to file a complaint. They have been taking $29.99 out of my account for 2 years. I went to my bank and they said they can't cancel the "monthly payment" because it's a subscription and I have to contact the company. I have NO subscription bc I do not receive any goods. I had NO idea where this was coming from until now seeing these reviews...it was a tik tok brow stamp that I ordered 2 years ago. PLEASE HELP!!!! The website is shut down now.

I ordered from them once and they kept charging my bank account $29.97 a month since last fall. I have called my bank to stop paying and even changed my card. But they still get through. I'm so frustrated

Shocking this business hasn't claimed their profile! I would certainly give NEGATIVE STARS if that were an option. Everything everyone says here is true. 100% scam. Battling them through the BBB now. They are not affiliated with the BBB but that doesn't matter. You can still file a complaint and the BBB will reach out to them. I too bought an eyebrow stamp kit for under $15. That's it. They then charged me for 5 months for $29.95 a month before I noticed it. Big lesson for me to pay way more attention. They told the BBB it's for a subscription service to "exclusive offers" - not products, JUST OFFERS! We all know that no one in their right mind would sign up for such a thing. They are 1000% scam! They told me and BBB that they cannot refund me because my bank is denying the attempts. They billed me as Modern Wish, but the bs invoices they sent me showing "cancelled and refunded" after my first contact with BBB shows the company name Modern Wantz. I have no doubt that they are intentionally screwing something up so that the refunds "won't go through". I'm not done fighting. No way. I will be blasting them on the internet every chance I get. We should all do the same.

AS all the comments above this is a complete and Qatar discussed and a total scam I never signed up for anything and I have had been having charges for 2997 come out of my account for the past like year months and how many came back in my account taken out again with a new debit card so how are they getting away with this.
Do they have an address or any contact information because I am writing them letter that I'm going to sue them

Scam! my bank account was charged 29.97 twice monthly. I’ve tried to contact this company multiple times. There either don’t return my phone call or hang up when I begin asking about these charges.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM. THE BBB HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. AS WELL AS THE MEDIA .

Never ordered anything. Item sent was not item I had even put in my cart (while looking), no subscription was purchased. Yes I now have 5 $29.97 charges (recurring) as well as a $13.94 charge - twice. First they claim that I had no I cannot hear they had no phone number although my number was listed under my account number on the package that came to me. now all of a sudden they can’t find it but since it’s been 5mos. They only want to refund me for 90 days. Meaning, they owe me about $150 and they’re wanting to give me $90. They did me the favor of canceling the subscription that I never purchased! I am reporting to the BBB as well. The scam videos that Modern Wish eyebrow stamp Scam is all over the Internet. They all claim they never purchased a subscription. Then they claim they went back later & noticed they had been taking out $39.97 for 5 mos.! I’m only one of thousands. I don’t know how these people stay in business.

Ordered an eyebrow stamp from tiktok-have been charged every month since 9/2022 "for a subsciption", someone finally called me back, and when I asked what I was receiving with this, they stated a discount to the website!! They cancelled my susbription after 6 months, but refuse to send me the paperwork to prove I agreed to such service. SCAM

This place is such a scam I got a weighted hula hoop from them in September and they have been charging my card monthly for 29.95 ever since and I’ve called and emailed them several times to have it cancelled and they would never return them until today and they would only refund me to months

This site is a scam. I placed a order for the skin balm. Never received my product and they tried to charge my card another 29.95.

I bought the painless hair remover…. basically a waste of money hardly removes any hair wish I never bought it $30 in the trash it’s a piece of crap

This place is a scam!! Ordered the eyebrow stamp off TikTok and they automatically started taking a subscription amount out my account for 4 months but said they couldn’t refund my money. I never authorized a subscription!!! Be careful

THIS PLACE HAVE BEEN CHARGING MY ACCOUNT FOR THE LAST 4 MONTH AND WHEN I WENT TO MY BANK TO DISPUTE THIS I SUDDENDLY GET A CANCELATION FROM THEM WHICH I SAID T0 THEM I HAVE NEVER GAVE PERMISSION OR AUTHORIZATION TO BEGIN WITH NOW THEY SAID THAT WHEN I ORDER I HAD ALSO SIGN UP FOR A SUPCRIPTION WHICH IS A LIE SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM PLACE

Was their infomercials on social media, and should’ve known it would be trouble. Before they even started the shipping information they charged me for something I didn’t order. The original price of the order was $13 with shipping. I got charged after the order was placed for an additional $29. I reached out to them, they said that I added some platinum packages to my order, which I didn’t. They said they would cancel it but didn’t refund me my money. I have a dispute with my bank. Then I get a notification of my order being delivered BUT guess what? NO ORDER ARRIVED! I got scammed good. Just be mindful & do your research before purchasing something. Obviously I didn’t & here we are.

I ordered the eye brow stencil for $4.95 then was charged the $14.96. Then was charged 3 times afterwards for $29.97 for some membership charge that I never signed up for. Do not order or have any dealings with this shady company.

First of all the eyebrow stamp SUCKS!!!! Secondly they charged my card 3 different times for the amount of $29.97 for what I have no idea? I never agreed to a membership and when you email or call you get no response. I just called my credit card company to dispute the charges and have the company investigated. Scammers and their product sucks ass!!!!! You’ve been warned.

I placed an order for the eyebrow stencil set and never received it. I was charged a total of 3 times from September to November. I did not authorize a membership or subscription of any sort. I am currently disputing the charges right now. A subscription would mean I get something regularly..I never even received the set! Stay away from this company!

Ordered the eye brow stencil its a useless powder that rubs right off. But besides that when I placed the order it was listed for $4.95 plus shipping was total of approx $14. Then unbeknownst to me a 2nd invoice was created charging my card $29 for a platinum membership.
This was very sneakily! I did NOT ask for that, nor was I even offered that! If i do not get a refund asap I am opening up a dispute.
