Modex is a great product. As an older cyclist, joints always ached after a hard training session. It helps to reduce this. Taking 100ml before a longer ride allows me to push that little bit harder. Definitely recommend.

Definitely helps me! Whenever I take this stuff consistently (ie. daily) I find my recovery greatly improves to the point where sometimes I even feel fully recovered even after a hard workout the day before. Without it there's always a little more lingering soreness or fatigue.

I find it helps with recovery so when the next session comes along I get the maximum benefit out of it

Love this stuff. I have been using off and on for almost 5 years and found it helps with my health overall not to mention recovery and sports performance. I also found it to be helpful when trying to conceive and recover from miscarriage. Now I had a successful pregnancy and birth I can’t wait to start taking it again once I stop/slow breastfeeding since there aren’t any studies on the safety of sharing through milk while feeding an infant. If you have been debating whether to try it take the plunge. It’s a long term use product and worth the investment.

I have found Modex to be a great product . It has definitely helped me perform better in my workouts and in my performance when I race. While marathon training is challenging and this product is certainly not a silver bullet, I have felt that I didn’t able to push a little bit further in a little bit faster because of Modex. I must say: a proper Balance diet is essential as well as good rest and one must prioritise this. However, if you’ve already got those two crucial building blocks in place, it’s probably worth giving this a go. It has certainly helped me and it will be interesting to see what my performance is like when I stop taking it.

I tried using modex a couple years ago when I first starting running and didn’t notice too much difference but iv jumped back on modex in the last 3 months as my fitness has improved a lot and taking modex now I really feel the impact it has, my recovery has sped up since taking it, my heart rate has been a lot easier to control while running, iv recently also increased mileage from 70km weeks to now 115km weeks and still climbing, when you train properly and take in the right nutrition modex really gives you that extra edge you didn’t think you had.
