Absolutely love this company! They have a great selection at affordable prices. The quality is amazing. But my favorite thing about this company is their customer service. All too often it is difficult to reach an online retailer. They were so prompt I couldn't believe it. I will absolutely continue to do business with ModernGents!

Modern Gents was the easiest website to navigate when i was searching for a ring. They make it easy and affordable to buy from their long line of beautiful jewelry.
When i bought the wrong size i was able to send it back and have the new one before Christmas which blew me away because most places are 7-10 business days, they were 4 days tops. Im happy, the wife is happy and i recommend anyone who doesn't want to spend $4k-$9k on a blood diamond and wants something equally as beautiful to try them out.

I ordered the silicone ring first. The size was too big and I wanted a different color instead so I had to exchange it. No issues. It was quick and easy. Then I decided why not treat myself to something nice? My engagement ring hasn’t fit with my wedding band for several years now. So I haven’t worn them together. I saw a beautiful wedding band set for an affordable price and couldn’t pass it up. It’s gorgeous!! It shines brilliantly! I still can’t believe how real it looks.

Honestly just could not find what I was looking for. So few items/choices. If you want a round or traditional ring then please shop here as I cant deny the quality. Im just not the "same ring everyone has" kind of person and I truly have my own style. Im looking for the one to match my style and not spend my monthly income. We have bills.

The prices for everything are very affordable, good variety of jewelry and good costumer service. Got a promise ring as a Christmas gift and she loved it.

I bought a ring from them that my partner did not like. I i did not keep the order number. This company can easily look up my last order. Oh no, They want me to take pictures of the ring from all sides. I am a senior and not good with this. I think they want to wear you out so you give up and keep it. I will not order from them again. Don't believe easy returns.

The biggest frustration with online businesses is the customer service and communication. I made a purchase and had made a mistake on Saturday night and messaged them for help. Early Sunday morning i had a response. It was a breath of fresh air. Knowing i didnt have to worry about not getting hold of a real person and having to wait days or weeks to get a response. Over the years, from ordering to paying to quick delivery, I’ve never had any issues. One of my rings, after many years, lost a small stone, and I reached out about the lifetime warranty. Given previous experiences with other companies, I expected it to be a challenging process. Nope! True to all of my experiences with them, there was a short and pleasant exchange of information and details and then a small fee, and problem solved. In a world where customer service and product quality has become less important to companies, Modern Gents is the exception. I will no doubt be purchasing more pieces in the future!
