Stefanie made the difference. She is terrific. Always responsive, answers all questions. Food is good. Would like more variety and to be able to switch to different plans.

The food is delicious. The packaging, shipping and delivery are excellent. And I can't even begin to find to the words to describe the excellent customer service. I encountered an issue of my own doing, I emailed Customer Service. I received an immediate response, and within minutes they unraveled the mess I got myself into! I feel happy and secure doing business with Modify Health!

So my original review, written on September 29, 2025, was not responded to until April 10th. 2026. That speaks volumes about this companies interest and concern for their customers!!! I also was unhappy with the portion size of the meals. There explanation was reasonable,but they should be including that in their website description of meals or, offer different portion sizes. Not all people are the same or have the same activity levels, metabolism, etc. For all the science they refer to you would think they would know that!! I'm glad I cancelled and found a better company.

Food is top notch

The majority of the dishes are delicious and fresh much better compared to other services I tried before which is probably due to the airtight seal in addition to cooling.

I tried a couple of the dishes where the chicken is minced in pieces and did not like those too much, some pieces were chewy.

Love that you have an ample selection of fish and shellfish dishes which all have been great.

The portions are on the smaller side which is perfect for me. This would however not be enough for my husband.

And for my digestion the food is making a difference, much less stomach upset .

The process of selecting meals is simple and user-friendly, and I really appreciate the flexibility to pause deliveries whenever needed. The meals have shown me that eating healthy doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor they’re genuinely delicious. On top of that, the customer service team has been incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Overall, this company clearly cares about its customers, and it shows in both their service and product. Highly recommend!

Great food as advertised!

The food tastes great and the convenience of not having to cook is worth the price!

Food came in on time but the portion size did not meet the cost.

I missed a connection between the company this past week to pick my own menu. It was sent automatically. I'd rather find a better means of connection. Also need to pause a week because too many meals are arriving.

The meals have been satisfying. However on my last chicken cacciatore meal there was a large piece of grizzle and what appeared to be a shrimp tail!

As I texted before,my husband wanted more variety.

Confusion about cancellation of a specific meal and substituting another. I had to call customer service to learn it has to be done on my computer and not my mobile phone.

Meals are easy to heat and taste good.
Most of the meal packaging is difficult to open.
Additional vegetables are necessary for me to be a full satisfying meal.
