Modular Closets Reviews

When I purchased the product, I thought the quality was gonna be a lot better considering the price paid. I could’ve done it for a third the price by purchasing laminated pieces at Home Depot and putting it together.

The design was quick and to my liking. Customer service was incredible. After the freight company lost half of our delivery, our CSR was quick to respond. I intend to use you in the future, as well as share my recommendation to others.

Design was exactly what I needed. Great quality. Quick shipping. Very pleased with the finished product.

We have two small-ish size closets in our primary bedroom. Both needed a serious overhaul. We discovered Modular Closets, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff was very helpful and the online design features work out super well even with one of our closet’s having an odd shape. We were very happy with the number of design options and the quality. Installation was fairly easy given the detailed instructions included. I would highly recommend.

Great experience. Bella helped us quickly design the best layout for our space under construction and helped us play with options visually. Shipping was quick (almost too quick for our remodel. Installation was pretty straightforward. The pricing was good, better than some other well known options.Quality is very good. We’re very happy.

ModularClosets.com did an absolutely awesome job designing our new closet. From start to finish, their communication was strong, timely, and genuinely helpful. The design process was smooth, the product arrived perfectly organized, and every piece was clearly labeled — installation was a breeze.

We did have a small issue with a drawer front that was damaged during installation, and their team handled it exactly the way a great company should. They replaced it quickly, without any hassle, and made sure we were fully taken care of.

The quality of the materials, the professionalism of the team, and the overall experience were top‑tier. We’re thrilled with our closet and even more impressed with the service behind it. Highly recommend ModularClosets.com for anyone looking for a well-designed, well-built, and well-supported closet system.

Always a good experience with Modular Closets!

The entire process, from planning to purchase to delivery to installation, was a great pleasure. This company is top notch. Thank you!

Easy to assemble......quality product......helpful customer service.

People were very helpful. Good quality products easy to install

Clothes don’t fit…all shirts, even shorter ones bunch up at the bottom, regardless of which level we put them on. Very disappointing, could have had our carpenter custom built for much, much less and have stuff fit…

Overpriced scam. 0 care about the individual, only care about profit. Poor communication and complete lack of transparency. Intentionally misleading advertising. Repulsive, manipulative company.

Product shipped quickly and was easy to install.

design help, quality of product and on time delivery

Modular closets helped bring our design to life and in budget. Very happy with our experience.

Shea was really helpful and knowledgeable on how to layout our complicated closet area with lots of obstacles to deal with. Shea was able to get the most usable storage space for us. We are very thankful for all his abilities and experiences. The Modular Closet components came in quickly with all the parts and well illustrated instructions. We had a lot of components with our design so I won’t kid you but it took a good 5 to 6 hours of dedicated time to assemble and attach each component level and to the studding in the wall. The products are really well designed with very high quality types of materials being used. I’m sure they will last many many years free of defects. If in the future I did need additional closet designs, I would not hesitate to call on Modular Closets again. Great group of people to work with, you won’t regret it.

Customer service was fantastic. Ran into an issue that was my fault but they corrected at no expense to me.

They were very responsive and really listened to my needs. The designer was spot on with what he presented for my closet design. There was a minor glitch but they took care of it immediately when I notified them. I am very pleased with the quality and the end result.

I met online with Eli and he came up with a design that I loved. When the unit arrived (they had my order expedited which I appreciated) I had my contractor, who was remodeling my walk-in closet assemble it. The pieces for the corner unit were missing. My contractor identified the exact components that were missing using the modular installation reference provided and I emailed customer service asking for the specific components. I emailed Eli and heard nothing back. I called customer service and was asked by Caroline to email a list of what I needed. I sent the list with specific item numbers and the picture of my design explaining what was missing. They did send one of the drawer slides that also was missing from the original order and 2 boxes of shelves that I already had but not the components I needed. I then scheduled another online meeting with Eli and sat online for 25 minutes and he never joined the meeting. I called customer service back and spoke to Caroline again. She asked me to email her the list of components I need. I emailed them to her again and then got another email from her with the original order list and the items I needed were not on the list. She asked me to confirm what was missing from the order. What I needed to construct the modular designed by Eli was not all listed on the original order (I told her this). I don’t care if they weren’t on the list—I was told I would receive the pieces I needed to assemble the modular that Eli designed for me. I emailed back again with the list and haven’t heard a thing. I like the Modulars but they need to be secured to the walls of the closet for me to safely use them and I can’t do that until I get the corner shelving unit.
