Return costs can include a clearance fee of up to £40 per product, plus additional shipping costs. Remember that we need a track & trace code from you to track the package. This code is mandatory; without it we cannot track the package and cannot issue a refund
Let us know if you'd like the refund or the store credit: we'll sort it right away. Would give zero if possible. The item looked nothing like the photo, very cheap material and extremely bad finish. After several emails including them asking for a photo of the item they sent me ?!
