This company has major communication issues and really needs to work on it instead of just completely ghosting customers once they have your money. All of the products smelled like chemicals and are not the real products that I get directly from the manufacturer. This was my first order and it will definitely be my last! Customer service is absolutely nonexistent… They just refuse to respond to any email/message and they don’t even have a phone number to call. Horrible experience! I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Total scammers!

BEWARE WHEN YOU BUY FROM THEIR STORE! You can’t return the items even if it is unopened. I get that it’s their policy (which I did not know but if I knew I would never have buy from them). I got an allergic reaction to 2 items i bought from them. I tried the tester and it got itchy when i got home. So, of course, I went back to return but nope, they did not accept it. I would understand if it’s already open but it’s not. Just so frustrating! I will NEVER BUY from this store again. And their item is EXPENSIVE $$$! I saw an item I bought from them and you can get 2 for the same price at COSTCO. Just make sure when you buy coz you cant return it.

Item was exactly as described and worked like a dream. Haven't found anywhere else.

Terrible customer service. Never ever ever buy their "clearance" products, they are unusually super short dated. Why would you sell something with 1.5 months exp date? Big fat scammers.

Horrific experience!
Attended the new moida store opening in London battersea- staff couldn’t care less about non-ticket holders and only seemed interested in profit!

I know they had no shows for the goodbags both the £170 & £100 ones I saw them at the back of the till -staff could have given these away but chose not too! I saw them hurrying stuffing them away!

There were strong rumours of no shows via socials for the store opening - so apparently there was a chance to still collect a bag - but despite talking to staff multiple staff members and showing them evidence of this - they claimed it was hearsay!!! …..yeah right!!!!!

Causing nothing but humiliation and disappointment for customers I will not be spending a penny at this store!
Will be unsubscribing ASAP!!!
Most of the products are overpriced and are for caucasian skin tones anyway!!!
If you want K Beauty try other stores PURESEOUL are much more generous and hold more promotions!!!!

Honestly, I’m so disappointed with Moida. I heard good things because of their new store opening, but my experience has been a complete nightmare.

My order arrived in a disgusting state—everything was leaking, squashed, and just a total mess. Some of the products looked totally off with weird splotches and a foul smell, and others had broken seals. It even leaked all over my bedsheets.

What’s worse is the "customer service." They originally agreed to a refund, but then went back on their word and started questioning the items I received, even though I sent clear photos of the damage. They’ve been incredibly difficult to deal with, leaving me ignored for days while I'm stuck with unusable, messy products in a house with a baby.

Genuinely ridiculous way to treat customers. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I love the product selection and the quality of the products but it too two weeks for the shipping to arrive. There was an initial day and time and it changed after a week and then the product arrived a day later than the second date. It is the second time that this has happened to me with Moidaus.

Stay away they are scammers they provide me a photo of proof of delivery that it wasn’t even my house. There’s no customer service of any type of support. Find your Korean products someone where else and save yourself a headache. I’ll make sure my followers know about this place.

FAST SHIPPING! except when they moved their office. overall it is a good company. Just wish they would be more generous with samples with orders.

I have ordered a few times from this company. They always have great sales going on and I love the products they have available. If you’re into Korean skin care I highly recommend this site.
