We’re genuinely so sorry this happened. We can only imagine how disappointing it must feel, especially after wearing your ring just once.

We’d really love to make this right for you. Please mail us your order details, and we’ll send you a brand-new replacement ring. We hope we can turn this disappointment into a happy experience for you.

I had a great experience with Moiss Era. The jewelry is beautiful, elegant, and has a really nice finish. I was impressed by the quality and attention to detail, especially considering the affordable prices.

The ordering process was easy, and the customer service was friendly and helpful. I also really liked the variety of designs available, with options for everyday wear as well as special occasions.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Moiss Era to anyone looking for beautiful, affordable, and high-quality jewelry. I’ll definitely consider buying from them again!

Absolutely stunning ring and fantastic…

Absolutely stunning ring and fantastic buying experience! I recently bought a ring from Moiss Era and I am beyond impressed. The moissanite stone has incredible sparkle and brilliance—it catches the light from every angle and looks breathtaking. The craftsmanship is top-notch, the fit is perfect, and it came in gorgeous, high-end packaging. Shipping was smooth and fast too. Highly recommend Moissera Jewels to anyone looking for luxury quality without the crazy price tag!

The ring looks very fake

The ring looks very fake. There is a black circle noticeable in the center of the stone. I was very disappointed in this ring. I will be returning it.

Antwoord van Moiss Era

Hi, thank you so much for sharing your honest feedback. ❤️ We’re truly sorry that the ring didn’t look as you expected.

We’d just like to gently clarify that this is an Old European Cut moissanite, which has a distinctive vintage faceting structure and a larger central culet. Because of this, a darker/black-looking circle can naturally appear in the center under certain lighting, it is a characteristic of the cut, not a defect.

This is a lab-created moissanite, so its optical appearance will naturally differ from a diamond. We have already supplied the same gemstone and ring design to 12 customers in US.

If you’d like, you can also compare Moissanite vs. Diamond online or through our website to better understand the difference.

We completely respect your decision and, most importantly, want you to feel happy and confident with your purchase.

Buy the ring!

Buy the ring!! You will not regret it. I got their 2.5 carat radiant cut bezel ring and it is gorgeous. I get so many compliments. It holds up well in water, and all the mom duties. This ring is worth every penny and more. I got this ring to have post partum because it does not have the prongs that scratch baby.
