My experience has been so great with this company. I have loved the product before and bought it again. I thought one of the items looked weird and a new one was sent to me! The responses are very fast and it is very convenient.

I love Moité♥️! The lashes are so cute, good quality & they stay on for a long time compared to others Ive tried. The customer service is excellent, they are all very nice, efficient, helpful & they respond very quickly. Totally recommend

My best friend got me these for Christmas. She paid extra to make sure they'd arrive on time, but after many back and forth emails, they finally arrived nearly a month late... 2 broke off within an hour. First my index nail, then my ring immediately after I got the index nail back on. I'm just laying in my bed on my phone too, not even doing anything. My nails definitely had no reason to pop off.

Love, love this company! The 10 Day Lashes are a total game changer in the lash game you really can’t go wrong or ask for anything better with these! Customer service is always top notch too! The quality is unbelievable and the prices are unbeatable! Can not say enough good about this company and their products!!!

I absolutely love the lashes!! I've never been a false lash girl but decided to give this a try. Even for a beginner it's easy to apply, last pretty long with simple care and looks fabulous. I'm a repeat customer for sure!

The customer support has been top tier and care and makes the product worth while. The products themselves are pretty fantastic as well. Love the lashes and look once applied. Wish the glue was a little better but can’t wait to try the new liner that acts as a glue. Love Moitie all around.

I don’t even know where to begin!! This company is AMAZING! I ordered the Natural set and loved the way they felt (weightless) loved the color (totally replaced mascara) and I loved the fullness but I wasn’t happy with the length! My natural lashes were longer than the extensions. I was so nervous to reach out to customer service, I’m not one to complain or ask for a refund🤪 it took me a week to contact them! THEY WERE AMAZING the girls name, that helped me, was Jocelyn and she was great to work with! She answered all of my questions with ease and helped me get the right products ordered! I already have some nails ordered but I will definitely be trying more styles and lengths with both lashes and nails in the very near future🔥 Thanks Moitie and THANK YOU Jocelyn for a fantastic customer service experience! This is my first time ordering from Moitie and I was not happy with what I ordered. I contacted customer service and was impressed with the fast response and the accommodation that Honey gave me. She went above and beyond!! Although I have not used the lashes yet, I will buy again and refer anyone. Top quality customer service is hard to find. Well done Moitie!!!

I have so many good things to say about Moitié Cosmetics! First, their customer service is by far the best customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with. My first email regarding a question about a coupon code was sent on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. I wasn’t expecting to hear back until the typical 24-48 hours, but in 3 minutes and I had a reply. Every contact with customer service has been this quick, efficient and the rep was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. As far as the product goes, I haven’t had lashes stay the full 10 days, however I know this is because I have very thin natural lashes and not because of the product itself. I get about 4-5 days and that’s good enough for me! They have passed the tug test, hot shower test, and even look great after my Hotworx sessions in a 130° sauna. I’m also a rough sleeper who can’t stand anything on my face, so I have slept without an eye mask and they pass that test as well. There are only a few things I would change. One is for the bond to be in mascara form. I feel the “brush type application” causes the product to clump around the opening of the tube wasting SO much product! Also, for someone who may not be experienced with lashes or someone who didn’t watch any application videos, the brush type application can cause too much product to be placed on the lashes. I also feel like since a spoolie is pretty much required to evenly spread the product, why not include one or better yet, just make it mascara form. The other thing that I wish was different was the starter kit lashes. For me and my lash type, they are all useless. I have very thin, blonde natural lashes and the thick dark banded lashes that come with the starter kit, look like poorly applied strip lashes on me. Word of advice to my fellow blonde lash girls, Paris, Rio, Moscow and the other extra purchase lashes are all on an invisiband and blend seamlessly! I wish the option was there to select lashes other than the natural or glam sets with the starter kit OR that the starter kit lashes were on invisibands. The removal process is extremely simple and so far I’ve had no lash damage. One last thing I want to add, according to the FAQs these lashes aren’t reusable (because of sanitary reasons) but they are very very reusable as long as they are properly cleaned and stored. So far I have gotten 3 applications out of my Paris set and they look as beautiful as the first application. I have and will continue to recommended Moitié lashes to everyone I know!

I love this company and have always received my items and loved them. Had a little hiccup with order processing this last order and only received a partial order. I emailed customer service and within 10 minutes had a response and they had processed and shipping my missing items! The person that was helping me was so prompt and friendly and I will continue to do business with Moitie Cosmetics. They are wonderful and really care about the customer experience and retaining them!!

When it comes to segmented lashes, I've pretty much tried every brand you can think of....and the ones you can get on Amazon as well. I came across Moitie lashes through an ad on Snapchat. I had to try them because I must say, the ad was catchy. Seeing the models blowdry their lashes and still have them on their eyes pretty much convinced me to place an order. Not all of Moitie's lashes go well with my eyes. I'm Asian, so I have to be careful on the length of lashes I put on. My real lashes are also small and sparse. Close to non-existent, actually. So most products and techniques that I've tried pretty much do not last long at all. Even the expensive L brand did not work for me. What I really like about Moitie's products are actually the accessories. I LOVE THE GLUE!!! This by far is the only glue that works for me! The seal is also excellent to use on the bottom lashes to prevent them from sticking on the top lashes while waiting for the glue to get tacky. With this glue, the lashes actually stay '10 days' (as advertised) on my eyes and sometimes up to 12 days (with reinforcement of course).

Lashes were not nearly as easy to apply as they show. I tried three different sets and after contacting customer services I was told that because I purchased the Deluxe Started Kit it is not covered by their Satisfaction Guarantee.
Disappointed all around :(

Love these eyelashes. These are new for me, the 10 day kind and I had ALOT of questions for customer service and they were super nice. Of course with anything new there is a learning curve, so my first try I'd say IMO the outcome wasn't a 10 but hubs and friends said they were. I did purchase a monster kit the first time and I've already purchased more even tho I'm only on the first pair I am already hooked. I have done real extensions before but it was way too much work and time for me. I LOVE the strips for the ability to do on your own time but they are a PITA to do for an event so the allure of these 10 day was amazing to me and YAY they actually do work! YES! I'm uber excited!

I had trouble applying the lashes, but I got online using their chat system. I spoke with cs and not only did she help me, she also informed me of a Facebook group that was created with help applying lashes. I love wearing lashes and these ones are so pretty!!!

I love these lashes! They are great! Super nice team and respond quickly! :)

They are okay. It’s difficult to find where to enter in the promo code so be careful to do so before u purchase. Other than that is a great product.
