An absolutely amazing experience and brilliant customer service! I bought a bracelet for my mum for her birthday. The key for me was that the bracelet was meant to have a personal touch that was specially designed for her. Working in partnership with Janu to create the perfect design was truly a unique experience. And it was the Moments team who had thought of the idea of relating the patterns of the bracelet to the stars and planets seen on my mums birthday. When the bracelet was delivered by Janu, the service was so professional and my mum absolutely loved the bracelet! I cannot overstate the hard work and personal touches the Moments team had made, thank you!!

I purchased a necklace for my girlfriend and I have to say the necklace was absolutely PERFECT!! My girlfriend absolutely loves it and wears it everyday! The emotional and physical beauty of the necklace is why she loves it so much and every time (till this very day) I see her wear it I smile so much!

Janu's help throughout the process was incredible. I had ideas unique to me and my girlfriend that I wanted to emulate through this necklace and I can say that my girlfriend LOVED the result!!! He not only helped with the research and design of the product but Moments London has well and truly helped bring all of the little intricacies of the ideas in my head to fruition!

With the necklace, I received a certificate and full details about the product and its London hallmark on it so this made me feel really confident in what I was purchasing!

Buying something like this might usually make you quite nervous but I have to say the whole experience was honestly so comfortable. All I can say is thank you so much for giving me and my girlfriend a special special moment that we will well and truly treasure for the rest of our lives and this was only all possible because of the necklace that Moments London made for us! :)
