They are scammers. Now even their website is not live anymore and they started to sell on Amazon. Stay away from them. Do not buy anything!

Same reply as most of the others here. Ordered 67.00 worth and got nothing. Sent two emails and no response. The order was to be sent to a first time mom to be and she never received them. I have not heard anything at all. Now when I click on the site, you can't get to it.

I placed an order on 4/2/24. I was told almost immediately that although they charged my card they did not have the product and it would take 12 days. Several emails with no response. Now it seems that they have folded up the business. Website is gone and so are they. SCAM

I placed an order with this company end of March were now in April when I click on tracking information a pop up message saying no order available sent email as of today no response 😑 welp... SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Ordered and was charged. They sent one email asking for patience. I requested an update amd got a reply from customer service that they had a lot of emails. That was weeks ago. No updates and no product. Its a SCAM. Out over $100

Paid for and never received items. No customer service available and website is gone.

Terrible company. I ordered 2 sets for baby showers 6 weeks ago and was charged. No email response when I inquired. I’m reporting them to the better business bureau.

I too, have ordered a package from Mommy's Ark in February and we're nearly in the end of April. My first email concern they did respond, then I never heard from them again. They do not give your money back and say 'they're a small business of Mothers'. Well they can shove that up their butts because it's an absolute scam hidden behind 'being mothers'. They don't at all send you your package nor do they give you your money back.

Please avoid this company! I have placed the order March 17th, today is April 21st and no shopping notification, no response to customer service email, when I press on provided links for shopping it says page no longer available, auto reply emails that they deal with big number of orders etc. My visa card was charged just after order was place. One big scam. Probably lost the money as I doubt that I'll ever see the ordered goods. Super disappointing.

Placed an order March 22. Card charged and email said the order was ready for shipping and would be receiving tracking shortly. Asked for an update after no update after 2-3 weeks and they apologized and said it would be shipped in a couple of days. Contacted them again and they said they were busy with a lot of email and it would take 1-2 days to respond. Tried to contact them again and STORE CLOSED! April 20, 2024

I ordered 90 something dollars worth of stuff for my great-nephew a month ago and then find out today.That orders been canceled with no email or anything from mommy's arc really upset I ordered in march and this is the twentieth of april

Like many of you, I placed an order on April 10th and was given a notice that said items would ship in 72 hours. They immediately charged my card... baby shower is tomorrow and I've received nothing. No responses to my emails, the web site shows a message "this store not available," and, of course, no customer service telephone numbers. Buying a gift last minute now...

Order placed on 20 March and there has been no update and have followed up with support multiple times with no response.

Placed an order March 19, 2024 and said there's a delay with my order and never heard from them. There's no legit tracking from what they provided me. I've attempted to email them twice asking about the status of my order.....their auto-reply says their response times are 1-2 business days and that was 10 business days ago. This business is a joke, don't give them a dime.

Avoid this company. Placed an order two weeks ago, paid, and never heard back after order confirmation. No package, no lead time for delivery, no shipping notice, no answer to several emails, nothing.

Let me save you the time and frustration! Don't purchase from them because you won't receive it! A total scam! After a delay in shipping I went to the link in their email for further information. The link showed "store closed". No responses to email for updates.

Think they were real but gone into administration or something as like so many others I did not receive my goods from Feb, told at first that one out of stock but I could get another and then 1st March arriving and now nothing … now their instagram communications off and their website … at least it was a sale item but this is so bad. DO NOT ORDER

Ordered products, received one response regarding a change from "Nicole". Since then I have received no tracking information and no response to 3 emails. No tracking information. My order was placed on March 14, 2024. This company is a scam and should not be allowed to sell on Facebook.

I placed an order back in March and for the last week or so have been trying to get a response from this company to no avail!!! If I could give them NO stars I would!!
I am EXTREMELY upset for not having read reviews (as I usually do) before placing this order.
