The movers were very professional and respectful. The entire process was fast.

With the current cost of diesel I shopped around and Monarch came through with the best proactive reaponse and price. They have great communication and worked with me to find a price I was comfortable with. I have shipped two cars with Monarch over the past year. Both times the carriers were properly vetted so they had proper experience and insurance in place. The drivers were professional and courteous and communicated well throughout the process. Boston to Phoenix took only 3 days and Phoenix to Seattle took 2 days. My vehicle had no damage which was important to me because I worked with a different transportation company in the past that did dent my vehicle. Great job Monarch!

Easy Breezy set up, great customer service! Fair price! My delivery Jesus was incredible, professional, communicated from pick up thru destination, when he hit detours from road closures to traffic - he called and reassured when he would be there by GPS calculation. Communicated the entire way, friendly, kind, enjoyable to work with. Jesus was informative, professional in his appearance, respectful and overall, a wonderful individual to work with!

My husband was taking his last big motorcycle ride when his trike had different ideas in Savannah, GA. We had his bike repaired but we're facing a 5 hr drive to Savannah and 5 hr drive in horrible heat back home. Monarch came to the rescue and transported our trike safely to our drive way. The transport driver called when he was 2 hours out and was professional and courteous. We will defiantly use Monarch Transport if ever is needed in the future .

I’ve never used a transport company before. I was recommended Monarch by the dealership I was working with and got a great quote with a great price. The shipment was pretty streamless and the driver got here on time. The vehicle was in great shape. I will use this company in the future if I buy a car out of state.

Great customer service. Booking and planning was easy and straight forward. Only issue was actually price was slightly higher then intially quoted, but still with price I expected. The delivery was also as expected for cross country. The driver they used kept me upto date of shipping and have well in advance of any delays allowing me to properly plan for reciept of shipment. I actually just recommend the for a friend who needs a vehicle shipped from Michigan's to Idaho.

This was a quick and easy process. Requested the service on a Friday, bike was picked up on Monday, delivered that Friday. California to Tennessee. No hassle, $$ was lower than any other quotes I received by a lot. This was awesome and really appreciate everything.

I have used Monarch transport group 2 times. Both times I was very pleased with the pick up and drop off. Communication was amazing and if I had any questions they answered me right back. They picked up 2 vehicles at different dates but from the same location that I inherited and yes it was a different route but they did it and communicated to me every step of the process and tracking of my vehicles. I will definitely use them again.

Very smooth transaction. Good communication throughout the process once a transporter was located. Driver communicated well and actually delivered my truck two days ahead of schedule and exactly on time as said . Truck arrived in excellent condition. Five stars.

They were nice and helpful. The price was good and the service was quick . Communication was lacking when there was a problem however it was taking care of the next day. Over all I would use them again.

Professional and well within the time frame…

This is the worst shipping broker I have ever dealt with. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from using their service. Multiple missed pickups. Runaround from operators. Multiple unanswered phone calls and emails. Truck arrived 7 days late and cost more than $300 more than agreed upon.

I was told on Saturday they had a driver secured which was a lie but I singed on told me no later than Thursday finally slowed up Saturday driver refused to load because it was a f 250 not f150 which are identical size finally got it hauled at a price 300 $ higher than they quoted everytime u call they raise price and lie will tell every one who I can how sorry they are

The advertised cost of shipping for 1,160 miles was $.54 a mile. That was Washington state to California. The price they quoted to me was $930 and I said that was too much. It was lowered to $850. After that it was said to me that the route to Kansas wasn't a major route, so they charged me $1,060 which equals $.91 per mile. They increased the freight after I was already committed to the pickup & delivery and could not back out of it. The route was 80% interstate driving, so I know that it was a good route. It only took 2 to 3 days and the driver had a full route, which included 2 cars and several motorcycles. He stopped in Colorado, Kansas, Alabama and North Carolina. The motorcycle was delivered properly but they raised the rate two times throughout the process. This is way out of line to what they are advertising on the internet. The secondary man and the driver were very hard to communicate with because of their accent. I am not happy with what was charged to me, and I will not recommend their services to anyone else. This shows that they have very erratic freight rates and they don't follow their advertising promotions.

They were efficient and transported my son’s vehicle from Tampa to Washington State. Mind you this was the third company I reached out to and the only one to deliver before the expected date. Good work!!

Communication was a little slow, but when contacted relatively quick to reply. Trailer arrived safe and sound
