This company is failing. If you make a lot of money in your bonus account, they freeze it and then test you via video to find something wrong with you. They'll even file a federal investigation against you. This isn't how companies behave; this is a clear violation of privacy and fraud.

Sorry to cause you frustration but the request for the video is for your own protection. The amount of the withdrawal has no impact. Your withdrawal was put into hold status due to suspicious account activity. These checks may be triggered by multiple device access, mismatched IP locations, or unusual login or withdrawal activity that could indicate unauthorized access.
We need to verify this is you making the withdraw in order to release the funds so we ask for a short video holding your passport or government-issued ID next to your face, with both your face and the photo and details on your ID clearly visible. While recording, clearly state:
Your registered email address
Your Client ID
Your trading account number
This check helps protect your account and funds from fraud and unauthorized withdrawals. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our goal isn't to delay your funds but rather ensure the funds arrive to the right person making the request.

Update: I contacted support, the issue was resolved, and I received the withdrawal this morning after a full month of delay.

My experience with Monaxa has been extremely disappointing.
I deposited $2,000, and after about two months I requested a withdrawal of my original funds. The withdrawal was delayed for a long time, and despite contacting customer support repeatedly, I kept receiving the same generic responses telling me to wait and that the issue was being handled.
I was repeatedly told that my money would arrive within two days, but the promised timeframe kept passing without any payment being received.
A full month has now passed. The $2,000 has already been deducted from my trading account, but I still have not received the money.
I contacted support several times, but there was still no actual resolution. Eventually, I informed Monaxa that I would publish my experience on Trustpilot, other reputable review platforms, and social media, with screenshots documenting everything that happened.
They have now ignored my messages for an entire week without providing any meaningful response.
I have screenshots documenting the withdrawal, the deductions from my account, and my conversations with customer support.
This is not simply a matter of a minor delay. My money has been deducted from my account, I was repeatedly promised that it would arrive within two days, and after a full month I am still waiting for my $2,000.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering Monaxa carefully investigates their withdrawal process before depositing money.

Sorry to hear about your frustration. We do try to create the least amount of friction as possible. However, compliance protocols do dictate some friction as a standard practice across all regulated brokers. The laws are clear when it comes to AML and KYC and we follow them strictly. But thanks for giving us a try and sorry it didn't work out. We wish you the best and maybe try an unregulated broker next time. They might be able to offer you a bonus and handle your trades without AML or KYC requirements.
