Time Master Artic - Superb product. Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, easy returns and a next day delivery for my replacement watch as had a slight issue with the one received. Quality and look of the Time Master Artic is superb. Easy to alter as I had to remove a couple of links. Very high end product. I’d rate them higher if possible. Will be ordering again, I’m that pleased with it.

I required a strap to fit a watch I had previously bought and I contacted the Moch team and I couldn’t fault them in the slightest. Polite helpful and honest. The quality of the packaging and the product itself is obsolete.

Better than the photos
Order arrived very quickly and very happy with the watch. It genuinely looks better than the photos and the sizing and fit is great.
The only snag is that the bracelet needs resizing and no tool is provided in the package meaning a trip to a jewellery store was required (and additional cost).
The integrated bracelet does make a little jangling sound but for the price point it’s not a deal breaker.

The service i recieved was second to none , I recieved the wrong order but that wasnt a problem.
The correct watch was sent out and I recieved a return label the item was sent out with in days first class service .

Time-Capture, Noir
I ordered the Time-Capture, Noir with the black face and the bangle and I was quite surprised with the quality, especially with the low price tag. It feels super premium on your wrist and has some good weight to it, you can deffo tell it's good quality. Give it a go, especially if you're new to owing watches and want to enter with a smart and quality looking watch.

No refund.
Absolutely disgraceful. Would not give me a refund because I removed links to try the watch on correctly and it was hanging off me. I sent the watch back with the links in. The box.
The watch felt thin and ‘tinny’ felt so cheap. Would not recommend this brand atall. Shower of shit.

To clarify, our returns policy, outlined clearly on our website and within the manual included with every watch, states that we’re unable to accept returns if the protective plastic coverings have been removed or if the bracelet links have been removed. This is because once these changes are made, the watch is no longer in its original, re-sellable condition.
We do understand the importance of checking the fit and it is possible to try the watch on with the protective seals still in place, as they are designed to allow for this. This helps ensure customers can assess sizing without affecting eligibility for a return. Our team always aims to be as transparent as possible with these policies to avoid any confusion.
