Monease.io seems to be scam with terrible support
Used their services to transfer 500e to a Moroccan bank account (EUR) on 12/02/24
They out of the blue converted the money to MAD without notifying me, which resulted in non-receiving it (my bank says it denied if the transaction currency doesn't match the account's one).
For the 1st month they used automated replies not willing to provide any kind of confirmations.
After the money exchanging platform support was notified, they started requesting all my bank movements for 3(!) months and a lot of excessive info, still NOT providing SWIFT confirmation from their side.
I guess, they do just want to sweep under the rag and softpedal the problem to let it go beyond the investigation deadlines.
And everyday their demands rise, requesting more and more info/documents.

You were trying to get my overall bank account statements, including my balance all all the incomes. That doesn't work before you do the safe from your part. THERE'S STILL NO SWIFT CONFIRMATION provided by you
An I offered a screen video recording from my bank app, though blurring sensitive data, you wanted more, FULL details of my bank account. I offered an official confirmation letter from my bank confirming there was no incomes to my bank accounts and all the incomes in improper currencies are rejected. You just ignored both options.

Proactively can not be using in your case, you kept denying my requests for 1.5 months, only when the Bestchange support entered the claim you started doing anything.
Again, there's NO CONFIRMATION your transaction left YOUR bank and did not retutn.

I've been requesting just a SWIFT confirmation for 2 months, you did not provide it. It's SWIFT, it's east, but you didn't make an effort by now
> we can work together to resolve this issue swiftly.
Swiftly is not about you. You are idle when it's about replying directly to your clients, but rapid when it deals with flagging (!) fair reviews that lower your reputation.

I'm waiting for
- SWIFT confirmation with orders, transaction statuses. Issued recently
- Bank statements from your sending part for the 3 months to confirm the money left and did not return

Меня заюлокировали когла я о правил крипту
Создал аккаунт в данном обменнике подтвердил почту прошел всю процедуру регистрации.
После создал заявку на продажу LTC получил реквизиты отправил крипту , стал ожидать заявка в процессе была подверждения прошло где то минут 40 написал в чат подержке они сказаличто моя заявка в обработке, на странице мзсенился статус подвержена и жду выплату и мне через 30 минут приходит на почту заявка отменена, мой аккаунт заблокирован .
