Do NOT buy from this company!!!! I sent for a coat from them in my usual size it was at least 3 sizes smaller a size 18 would probably fit a size 12. The quality was rubbish, it was advertised... Toon meer

Ordered the long padded coat, nothing like the picture on Facebook, I'm so disappointed. I've emailed asking for a return address and a refund due to the quality of the coat which was £59.99, and I wouldn't pay £10.00 for it.
I too am awaiting a response, but as the coat was shipped from China, not expecting much from this company.
Avoid at all cost.
Currently in conversation with customer services, they have offered a gesture of goodwill, stating I've received what I've ordered, which is so far from the truth.

Winter Coat
Coat looks amazing on website,when it arrived nothing like pic,pockets at front look silly ,not at the side as in pic .Was rolled up like a rag .Size was massive. No shape at all .Not good quality .I'm waiting on reply so I can return .Sorry

I ordered a blue wool coat from Monea Studios after seeing it on a facebook advert. When it came it was nothing like the picture of the coat on the advert. I complained and was offered a discount if I kept the coat. I asked about returning the coat but was put off by the costs involved. When I ordered it a didn’t realise it was from Italy. They eventually offered me a 30% discount which I accepted as I thought I would end up owing them more than the original cost after customs etc and if it got lost in transit I would get nothing.

The coat was not as advertised
The coat was not as advertised. Virtually no padding, no definition as shown in the picture and arrived so tightly packed that the flimsy material they use looks like rags. I would have got a better quality coat at Primark for £60 . Would not use this company again.
