I requested for payout and was denied multiple times. I wrote to their support to inform them about this problem but non of my complaints was treated. It's a complete waste of time and money, stay away from them. I'm doing perfectly well with #Crop Mines....# payouts are always constant and on time.

after my honest review of how things are going at Monevis / Zentro trading: my 2 funded accounts got closed. Still open and pending withdrawal of almost 15k. Ceo dissapeared, Discord group closed out. Hope no more other people fall for this anymore, just a real shame as it had so much potential...stay away!

I’ve been trying to reach Monevis support through live chat for several days, but there’s never anyone available to assist. I also haven’t received any proper response via email. For a platform of this level, I expected much better customer support maybe there run away already that's why they're not going to reply

They rugpulled and ceo dissapeared and took everyone money. They have been reported to authorities to hopefully be taken down

Close ur firm and stop scamming people

I purchased a 2-step account with Monevis in March 2025. At that time, the only rule was the 30-day inactivity policy. Months later, they suddenly introduced a new 45-day completion rule and terminated my account under this condition, even though it did not exist when I joined.

Before this, there were payout delays. On top of that, When traders question them, messages get deleted and people even get removed from their Discord. After raising my case, Monevis stopped responding for more than 20 days.

This shows a lack of fairness, transparency, and professionalism. Traders should be careful before putting money into this firm.

Monevis is scam. Stocks are closed and you cant trade what you want, only open some with absurd limit to buy/sell… And they scamed my friend for 20k, support doesnt exist.

Na monevis jsem zakoupil 4 ucty 100k 100k 50k a 50k na všech účtech vše splněno dříve vypláceli teď se k tomu nemají poslal sem několikrát email a samé výmluvy kyc zaslaný nefunkční link už sem byl ověřený po dokončení účtu mi poslaly znova kyc link který nefungoval a vše bez odpovědi a čekající payouty dohromady ve výši 5091$

Scam alert ⚠️ monevis prop Is not paying at all I requested a payout on the 1st of April

I don't recommend it to buy at your own risk

Unfortunately it appears that Monevis seems to be operating as a scam. They have a system in place that seems designed to take your money without ever paying out. While they are quick to process payments for new accounts, their behavior changes completely once you reach the profit target for a withdrawal. I achieved the 6% gain required for my first payout, but since then, they have gone completely dark. It's been over two months, and they have not responded to my repeated attempts to contact them via email, live chat, or X. They've taken my money and now refuse to communicate or honor the terms of their service. I noticed they have two trust pilot pages and appeared to have rebranded as Zentro Funding to avoid negative reviews.

A complete scam company. They changed their rules several times during ongoing challenges. To top it off, they introduced a 45-day time limit right in the middle of the challenge. Stay away.

Passed 2 step 50k account, the day after I received an email to complete the KYC verification, but the link did not work. Contacted support and received reply within 24 hours that they will look into it. This was their first and last reply. I've messaged them every day since but nothing. After 7 days from passing the challenge I received and email that my account was restricted and I lost all accounts because I did not finish the KYC verification. Still not reply from support or anything. It has been 2 weeks already....

Update: They completely ghosted me... Luckily, I use Revolut to buy the challenges, so I was able to create a dispute and get all of my money back after 2 months.

Hello people,I want to warn you about the propfirm monevis. It's a SCAM,I bought an account I went through the challenges and I was supposed to get a funded account. All I needed was kyc verification,last time I did kyc verification it went through in 27 minutes,I have proof in my emails,now it takes 84 hours,when I told them I was blocked,when I went to discord they blocked me there too,when my partner went to explain that I was blocked for no reason because I was just asking for my account that I paid for they blocked her as well. When I contacted their partner company veriff which does kyc , they wrote me that they did not receive anything from them and I got a spam email . When I went to monevies support chat and sent them a copied message with veriff they blocked me there as well . They are scammers. I was even surprised that in a whole month with them about 700$ was paid on pyaouts . And I just wanted to add that I do not recommend moenvis company to anyone .

Please save your money don’t go with this firm you will not get paid out but you will get banned when u ask about your payout I requested a payout today but I got an email that says payout processing failed when I ask the discord chat they say ask in live chat I do that on live chat I sent all the screenshots of my dashboard and my account number and the when says my payout has been approved and I should receive it soon LIES I asked the agent for proof or any formal confirmation I got nothing and I say in the discord that I don’t have any confirmation then BOOM I get blocked and banned and now I can’t even access the live chat so please fellow traders do not waste your hard earned money or time on this scam firm run away they always have problems and traders are always complaining

I purchased a $3,000 Instant Funded Account from Monovis (Account No: 3001926). According to their rules, I had 30 days to hit my profit target. On the 29th day, I had an active trade running (Buy from 3477 with TP at 3483).

But shockingly, Monovis auto-stopped my account on the 30th day without allowing my trade to close. At that time, my trade was already in $163 profit, but once they blocked my account, that profit also disappeared. Instead of respecting their own rules, they shut down my account and started demanding extra payment.

This is completely unfair, unprofessional, and unethical. They did not even allow my valid trade to finish before the deadline.

👉 To all traders: Please be very careful with Monovis. Their system is not transparent, and they can stop your account anytime and ask for more money.

❌ I do not recommend Monovis to anyone.

Fraud! A Slovak man named Mosovsky, who represents Monevis, has rebranded to Zentro Funding. He made up a rule to cancel traders' accounts by adding a condition that the challenge must be completed within 45 days.

However, when you want to buy an account from him, his website clearly says:
"Monevis gives unlimited time for both phases. If the account is inactive for 30 days, it will be closed."

I would understand if this condition had been clearly stated at the beginning, during the purchase. Unfortunately, he does everything he can not to return the money to people. He just wants to cancel the accounts.

Beware of the scam.

Made it to payout for an instant account. Requested the payout and it never came,but got an email saying payout issue. Reached out to their support in discord and they blocked me from the server. Their live chat agents on site is as helpful as a rat. This company is a pure scam do not waste ur time with them.

⚠️ Warning about Monevis Prop Firm (Scam Experience) ⚠️

I purchased a challenge from Monevis and they gave me login details with account number 300208. However, after completing Step 1 successfully, they never provided me with the proper Step 2 account.

For days, they kept making excuses about "technical issues" and "attacks from hedgers." The reality is simple: they took the fee, gave me one demo login, and then stopped responding.

👉 Another important point: If you ever see a prop firm offering 50% OFF or huge discounts, be very careful! Professional and trusted companies like FTMO or FXIFY rarely do this, because real prop firms cannot operate so cheap. Cheap prices are usually a red flag for scams.

This is highly unprofessional and shows clear scam behavior. A serious and professional prop firm never stops accounts or payouts in this way.

I am sharing this so other traders do not waste their money and time like I did. Please think twice before trusting this company.
