Really nice to hear a human answer the phone
It was really nice to hear a human answer the phone, ask how she may help, and then connect me to a Monex rep. Travis was able to answer my questions and provided advice on which coins had the best current pricing. Overall, the prices were lower than another vendor I had considered. Travis also set me up with a new account and provided the info needed so I could wire the money today. Thank you Monex staff.

Scamming Customers?
For reason that I can’t explain Monex Deposit Company has been jerking me around for two months. I sent them back silver coins that I bought from them 20 years ago just to sell straight up and I still haven’t been paid. I get mail with all these transaction notices and I call and they say oh we’re going to send a check. I never get a check. I’m not getting my calls returned. It’s time to go to the California Attorney General.

Monex is always up to date with what's happening in the metals market and my rep, Nav, is always willing to go out of his way to answer my questions with patience. Reserch: Monex Federal Lawsuit
Monex STOLE $50,000 in gold coins and never wired the money. PURE FRAUD! Don't drink the coolaid...RUN from these scam artists. MONEX THIEVES scammed me out of $190,000. They promised profits of 50g a month and promptly lost my entire investment leaving me homeless and unemployed. 100's of people have the same story.. Monex was fined $38,000,000 by the CFTC for selling illegal leverage contracts. Monex allegedly SCAMMED customers out of more than $290,000,000. Monex is run by a gang of ruthless psychopaths who care about nothing but their own greed.

My Monex representative is wonderful; however, Monex was forced to switch the depository that they use with Goldstar Trust, and they did not notify their customers. I had to ship my silver to another depository, costing over $4000, and it took over one month. During this delay, the price of gold that I was trying to buy with the sell of the silver, increased by about 5%.
Monex is great to work with, but their recommended company for handling IRA accounts, Goldstar Trust, is absolutely horrible.
