I wish I had the nice agents everyone else did. I had Rudy, and when he mentioned an account I haven't heard of, he sounded skeptical when I said I don't know what the account is, especially when he gave me the date. Then, when I said I had to think about the negotiation program (as anyone should when closing credit accounts drops your score before raising it), he said, "Call me back when you're ready to get out of debt" and hung up.

UPDATE: I received a follow-up call from Mike, so I left him a message detailing what happened, and he called me right back and listened to me. He also said Rudy is usually the nicest guy, but he's going through a lot right now, which I can understand and appreciate. I'll count this as just a bad day for Rudy and hope anyone else who needs assistance gets his good ones. Also, thank you, Mike for the call, especially while under the weather.

Very helpful. I felt that he was genuinely concerned about what we are going through at this time. He answered all of my questions, some of them I asked 2-3 times, just for clarity. Very patient. We really feel that we are finally going to become debt free.
