I waste my money, sorry guys! I bought the products trusting on it, I was totally wrong.
My advice for the future customer go first to the dermatology if you have problem with loss hair, Monpure is just a product for people that really don’t have issues.
I needed to stop to apply the products because my hair getting worse.
I can’t believe that I spent such amount of money on it, I was so silly.
Very disappointed.

I have seen alot difference after using this product. Maily hair loss has reduced.

The shampoo and conditioner are brilliant especially for my scalp and hair. My only grump is I don't like the bottles. Too dark..can't see what's left and becomes harder to empty. Need to rethink design. But the contents are the best ever.

I have been using the scrub since December 2020 and I can tell it has improved the condition of my hair. I suffer from AGA so have recently purchased the follicle density serum but it is too early to tell if it's made a difference. I do really like the products but it would be great if they were a bit cheaper.

I have used the full range of products and nothing else now for 8 months. I am disappointed and would not recommend you pay full price for any of the products.
Every delivery I had from Monpure had a problem - the £96 of serum was broken, a seal was damaged on at last one bottle in the package. For the cost of the items, you expect these things to be perfect every time.
The products themselves - they are tiny for the price. I understand it’s a premium brand and smaller sizes are common but I am just warning for potential buyers.
The shampoo is ok but you definitely need more than a “walnut” size if you have longer hair and easily need to wash twice. The conditioner was originally very watery and again you needed more than a walnut size. But then they have changed the consistency and it is thicker and using a tiny amount leaves my hair greasy and sticky.
The scrubs and mask - again they’re ok but nothing to justify the £63 price tag. Using as directed you’ll be getting new ones pretty regularly. They are both difficult to apply evenly throughout your hair and are also, like the conditioner, very difficult to remove effectively without more shampoo therefore adding to your total cost to keep the regime going.
The serum - I have not noticed a decrease in a hair loss and in fact reported an increase of using. The product says to use once a day and apply to clean hair... which means washing every day which if you do suffer from hair loss you definitely don’t want to be doing.
So all in all - I can’t recommend these products. I’ve never written a review online about products I’ve used but I felt strongly here. I’ve spent £100’s on them and have stuck with them for 8 months and have more successful with the Boots own ranges... Monpure replied to my concerns saying only 75% have success so I guess I’m in the 25% who didn’t get sent the products for free to review for them.

I honestly love it. I love the smell, packaging and how it feels in the hair and on the skin. Highly recommended and something different than other luxury products

I have used the scalp scrub 3 times so far ( every 5-6 days) but after last use my scalp felt very dry. I also think it’s not that easy to distribute it on the scalp. The smell is lovely but was hoping for even more delicate, natural smell. The packaging however was beautiful and I very much appreciate the company use the glass bottle and not the plastic one. Thank you.

The product and customer service are top rated. I received my order within 3 days although I was expecting it later in the week or the following week since I live in California. After delivery, there was an issue and I reached out to the company. Daniel responded promptly and it was resolved to my satisfaction, and then some! :) I am so happy with the quality of the product and how my hair looks and feels. I will continue to purchase. I wish I didn't like these products so much because they're so expensive but they have been a game changer for me! I struggled with itchy dandruff for years and tried everything...mon pure shampoo, conditioner and scalp scrub has totally fixed it!

Absolutely amazing! The scalp scrub is my favorite new addition to my hair routine. The shampoo and conditioner doesn’t feel as moisturizing as other products I have used, but after just 3 uses I am already noticing my hair feels stronger and I am not seeing the breakage that I was having. I have long thick naturally dark brown but bleached blonde hair that is always dry and frizzy. My scalp was getting really dry and itchy and I was having tons of breakage over the past few months. These products in just 3 washes have dramatically improved the way my hair and scalp looks and feels. I’m using the moisturizing serum and I really like it as well. Not greasy and doesn’t weigh down my hair. I wish I would have found Monpure sooner! A little product goes a long way even with thick long hair. Absolutely worth the price and I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with breakage or an irritated scalp.

My monpure shampoo and conditioner arrived a week late (thanks to DPD) , it
was well worth the wait. Have used only once but already my hair feels so
clean and looks very shiny which considering it is dry and quite damaged is a huge achievement. Would definitely recommend these products. I am going to
order the hair mask next. Also customer service was very good in re-organising
a different courier for my delivery.

Monpure have provided a first class service from the speedy delivery of the products I ordered, to the quality of the products themselves.
I'm usually sceptical when using new products as I often find it hard to notice any difference, but I cannot say this was the case when I used the Monpure shampoo and conditioner! My hair felt sleeker yet stronger after the first wash so I can't wait to see how it feels after a few months - thank you!

Lovely products and excellent service!!!!!

First time I used shampoo and conditioner my hair felt smooth and soft it will take a wile but have also got the scalp treatment and am positive it will work for me. The packaging is supreme as are the products.just ammmmazing.
