Very quick delivery compared to others I’ve used in the past

Ordered a couple of times from Monster plastics, always arrive quickly. Last time I ordered the wrong bits and Steve sorted out the swap promptly and efficiently for me. Great service and great products. Thanks all.

Incredible fast delivery. Ordered Friday night at 19:00 and delivered Monday at 13:00. Only negative would be that I never received an email / text saying it was out for delivery but luckily my neighbour took delivery for me.
Would definitely order from Monster again.

Helpful delivery driver

Delivery was prompt.In fact it was earlier than expected so I wasn't at home to receive it. Apart from that I am very pleased.

I made an error in my order, they identified the error, contacted me, corrected the order and refunded the difference before oder was dispatched
Slight delay on delivery but I was kept updated throughout.

The ordering process was easy and quick, I got the initial email of confirmation and another email after order was awaiting dispatch, I then got the out for delivery email after the order was delivered which isn’t necessarily an issue but I had been checking over and over as I needed the plastics before my scaffold was removed (thankfully it happened) delivery was also speedy the website states 3-7 days and I got mine in 3 so very happy with that. The company who delivered is a company called ‘GAP Plastics’ and they are some kind of partner with monster plastics just one of there more expensive partners so you do receive quality products just at a fraction of the price. Overall good experience

Well priced and a great selection of styles and colours.
Steve kept me updated on my delivery date and when some items were not in stock. Out of stock items were then delivered next day for me to continue my project.
Steve went above and beyond to keep me informed throughout. I would highly recommend using them.

Easy ordering process and prompt delivery, safely stored as not available to receive in person.

I inquired about delivery time late on Friday night, was answered almost immediately and then i placed the order (21:00 on Friday night). I got an update email on Monday morning and the order was delivered just after midday.
Good prices and even better service and turn around time. Cannot recommend enough!

Would have preferred a call to let me know it’s being delivered luckily I was in otherwise might have been a big problem . Driver was excellent and helped carry materials into garage .
