I have two orders . I received some of a order. What I received and what it showed I ordered was not the same . I'm greatly disappointed. I ordered wallets. That's not what received. And if it was purses. I'm greatly disappointed. What I read was just outstanding. But so far that's not how I feel. Honestly if I ever receive all my orders. I sure hope I feel better than I do now.

There was confusion from the start. Double charge for shipping,whish was corrected as soon as I let them know I ordered. Then the tracking showed my order as completed, impossible because it had only been a couple of days. Finally showed when it was "in transit". Got the package today, so excited to see what was in it, imagine my chargine when both "mystery" wallets are identical!

If you have any issues customer service is really great to work with.

I ordered the 2 bag mystery Box! The bags are pretty however a little smaller than I anticipated but I understand the bags are chosen at random! Anyways I do like the bags and cant wait to use them! I got one specifically that I cant wait to use while traveling as it has slots for my cards so I don’t have to lug around my wallet!

First time trying the mystery bag order. Over the moon pleased with the products received! Got a fun fringed leather crossbody/ waist bag AND a blue leather cow print mini pack. Will most definitely order again! Thank you for a great product!

Very satisfied with my Mystery Boxes. I received my delivery very quickly to Texas. I will continue to order the Mystery Boxes. They are so much Fun! I am gifting them to my family. We give each other a nice decorated box full of special items to each other when we meet. Then refill it and return it next time at a gathering. This was my 2nd Mystery Order
I ordered 2×3 Bag and 1×3 Wallet
All were very nice but one wallet was more like a flat make up bag and most of the bags were baby backpacks you know like a 3 to 8 year old would wear but will gift them out just would like something more for a 62 year old like myself.... lol but all and all fantastic price for very nice quality items will definitely Order more.

Gotta love a little surprise. I'll pay more attention to type of bag displayed as example for typing of mystery bag. Bags /wallets arrived really quickly.

I pre ordered a purse for my mom for her birthday and it said it would ship the end of February. I've contacted them and they told me it would ship the first week of March. I finally got my package but the purse and the package were both damaged. I tried to return it but never got a response back from customer service. I'm so disappointed that I didn't have a gift for my mom since I used the last of my money at the time to get her the purse.

I have ordered from you a few times. I have never disappointed in the quality. Have your items the size oar price. The mystery boxes are awesome to get. Because you never know what you're going to open and get.

Loved the surprise mystery wallets. I got the wrangler brand and received two fabulous wallets. Will definitely order again. Loved the element of surprise!

I get my order in a timely fashion. My product is secure and sealed. My dust cover is on my bag properly

After receiving my bag that I only carried twice I noticed the seam was not attached and I called but never heard back to see about exchanging it so that was a bit upsetting and I even sent pictures as requested from the customer service representative and didn't get any response so I'm stuck with a bag with the seam torn

This is one of 50+ Montana West bags I have now and it's amazing. Their entire Wrangler, Montana West, and Trinity Ranch bags are top notch and affordable. I love the mystery bag and wallet options too. This bag is definitely one of my favorites.

I purchased the 4 set Mystery Bag.

The negative: All 4 are crossbody bags and are the same exact style and size, not varied, just different colors. I expected a mix of styles, not duplicates. I would never buy 4 bags that are all the same style.

The positive: The quality and craftsmanship is very nice.

Due to them sending all the same exact style of bag, sadly, I will no longer purchase the mystery bags.

Love my Montana West purses. So many styles, I want them all. Good quality and great prices.

Great communication about my order. I really like knowing order is confirmed, and then on the way. All items arrived in good shape and can't wait to swap purses on occasion.
