The customer service is great
The customer service is great. I ordered the larger Apple Watch band incorrectly and the return was effortlessly in returning and receiving the 38.
The only issue I have is that my wrist is small and the band is too long.

I was disappointed with the band
I was disappointed with the band. It didn’t seem like real leather but it might be but it also was too big for me. I put it on the last hole which would have worked but the band then sticks out over the edge of the watch. It doesn’t make sense how long the band is on the watch. If you need to use the last hole the strap sticks out way too long.
Also, I didn’t realize I only had 10 days to return and it sounded very difficult to return. I have a busy schedule and that time frame is difficult to get it mailed back. You also have to pay for it to be returned. I won’t purchase from them again because of the difficult return policy.

Our watch bands are definitely real leather from recycled brand name bags.
We do our best to have a good general measurement for watch bands and we would have loved to help you shorten it or put extra holes in it if you had asked us.
