All the chocolates had melted into 1 big lump!
I ordered a tower of 3 boxes of the vegan range, when they arrived they were all melted into one big lump in each box!

Cheap couriers don't have refrigerated vans
Receiving chocolate truffles is an exciting surprise so when the courier handed them over I was eager to explore. Inside the silver foil wrapping I sensed that it was a soft gooey chocolate so it was obviously melted chocolate in the hot weather. Straight in the fridge for a day and then let's open it. It's just a hard cold lump of chocolate stuff. They tasted very nice though they all seemed just similar lumps of chocolate to me.
Below you see a response to my report. I don't need more chocolate. I want to hear that the firm has realised they can't do conventional mail order with cheapo couriers in hot weather so are changing their methods for future customers.

My favourite
Monty Bojangles is my favourite chocolate. The truffles are top quality and the range of flavours are fabulous. I did have an issue with delivery but Laura in Customer Services was brilliant and resolved this straight away. Excellent chocolate and excellent service.

Fantastical?
The truffles were actually ok. Berry bubbly was my least favourite, flutter scotch was really nice... only problem was there are 12 berry bubbly in a box and only one each of the other two. Not much of a variety, shame.

It was my friends Birthday and I knew she adored these truffles / choccie treats ! So I ordered what I thought she would like and stupidly input the wrong delivery address! I thought oh no - I’d be unable go amend as I’d probably have to liaise through a call centre , on line or AI robot - but no , I reached Laura Bilk on the telephone and she immediately resolved the issue with kindness warmth and professionalism. Awful experience
Awful experience. Bought a trio pack for £25 which I thought was extortionate. Then found the exact same thing on Amazon for £13 so contacted Monty Bojangles to cancel the order. Was ignored. Still yet to receive a response. Received the order I no longer wanted. Then, just to rub salt in, sent an automatic feedback email. Still yet to receive a reply...

The bundles available on our website are bespoke packed boxes that can be personalised with any combination of our 14 delicious flavours including a complimentary personalised note card which is a unique offering vs other retailers. We completely understand if you prefer to purchase your Monty Bojangles treats through another retailer, but if you’re ever looking for personalised boxes or something a little more tailored, our website is the best place to find them.

The perfect gift!
I bought these for my partner for Easter - he loves chocolate, but also loves trying new flavours, so I bought him a selection box and he was so pleased with the variety! The chocolates were themselves, beautifully crafted, but also came in stunning illustrated boxes. So unusual and memorable, will definitely buy these again!

Disappointed...
I was gifted a montybojangles Flutterscotch Easter Egg, I have previously been gifted truffles and was initially underwhelmed, but came to be a convert.
The Easter Egg was, unfortunately, quite a disappointment; the 6 tiny flutterscotch truffles were delightful, but the egg itself was underwhelming at best (actually, I found it unpleasant)..it was just very, very ordinary milk chocolate.

Quality yummy truffles with an unusual array of flavours, and not overpriced.
Packaging could be improved as presentation box and one box of truffles arrived damaged - obviously doesn’t affect the quality of the contents, but a shame when bought as a gift.

Fantastic truffles.
I was given a box of truffles for Mother’s Day, what a wonderful box of chocolates. Every chocolate had a lovely flavour. I couldn’t pick a favourite as very one was so delicious. Looking forward to getting some more! Excellent chocolates. I highly recommend them.
