Frustrating is an understatement. Do your research before you order. You can find this on amazon and get it much faster without the hassle of ridiculous email updates "your parcel has been updated" which gives you zero info other than the fact that it's moved from one place to another. It has taken almost a month and I still don't have it.

They should address the long stretch of time it will take to receive a purchased item. Had I known that in advance, I would never have purchased anything from them, and I will never again.

Mooddairy.com - Extremely unhappy with the delay in receiving my order. Tracking information is worthless. 14-30 days could be expected to receive the order, which is ridiculous. They don't stock these items that are cataloged. They order from China and then ship to Italy and then who know where it goes. My order is out there somewhere.

Do not order from this company!!! It is a complete scam!!!They are liars. They say that they mailed my package. They never did they send fake tracking numbers and they give no refunds.

And it took from September 8th to October 6th for them to come I don't know if mood dairy is legit or not because it came from a Abby Atkins supposedly from Chicago Illinois and when I opened the package it said it came from Ohio Amazon facility address was on it so I don't know what's real or not but I really thought I was getting beautiful moms in a flower pot

I ordered these thinking they would look full and beautiful. They said 5 stems would fill a bucket. No way, they were so tiny and fake looking. I tried to get a refund and they offered a measly $5 only. I would NOT recommend anyone purchase from them ever.

Ordered the mums ($114 worth) when they arrived 2 weeks later they were not as advertised. small fakey looking and nothing like what they showed . So I contacted them and they offered me $11 to keep (mind you I paid $114) I said no ill return as they told me shipping back was not the same address as on packaging they would send me return address and now nothing no response won’t send me return address for refund…what a scam…wonder how you really get the money back or who to contact…I continue to go on their site not to order to help warn others not to order as scam and continue to send emails requesting address to send back…they need to have real reviews on the sites to help consumers

The ad on Facebook was misleading at best. The ad appeared to have large artificial mums. When my order was delivered, I received small stems that would barely equal the advertised amount. I’m having extreme difficulty getting a refund. Please, please, please, don’t make the same mistake I did. I was scammed.

I bought the video capture device, I wasn’t happy with it because of needing a dvd drive, contacted mooddairy for assistance, they offered $2, asked for address to return it, nothing, was offered $4 to satisfy me, asked for return policy, nothing! I will never buy anything from them again. Customer service is horrible! Do not patronize this company!

The package I ordered never arrived. They said my local post office returned it. They provided me with a tracking number that I cannot look up in a Chinese post office website. They offered to send again but they’d have to charge me again. No thanks.

The hairpin and the ring I ordered arrived safely after two weeks. I was really impressed by their quality. The hairpin, embellished with a butterfly, adds a quirky touch to my look. The customer service kept me updated about the delivery progress. The items were well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely revisit this store. This purchase was quite satisfying. The Flying Butterfly Hairpin is delicate and intricate. a very positive experience. The Self Love Spinner Heart Ring is also a fantastic piece.

Ordered December 16, 2023 today is February 21, 2024, yet to receive items ordered. List in tracking as delivered, but like others nothing received. Must be a scam by a group of Irish scumbags.

Big scam! Item not delivered, the link to “contact seller” is a dead end-takes you nowhere. No product and no refund.

I placed a order December and have not received anything. The tracking says delivered but no package received. I have tried to contact someone at every email I can locate and everyone of them responded with a please use this link to contact seller. I do that and get the same message repeated. Money charged, no product and no help. I would like to at least know the form of transportation of the delivery.

Loved the price! Clothes quality exceeded my expectations. Will buy again! The quality of the clothes is superb.
