Claimed a refund as the ink was smudged inside the card. The card was clearly folded and enveloped too soon after printing

Great size but found the choosing the layout limited. Wanted to add more text boxes and also to be able to change text colour on specific lines.

I understand that my card was ordered in the middle of the festive season, that said, it did give me the option for the ideal day for card to arrive, I would have excepted a couple of days late but 6🤔. I am now wondering how many more cards I’ve ordered have arrived late, as I don’t always get an acknowledgment.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Anniversary Card from Moonpig! We ordered a personalised anniversary card from Moonpig and was absolutely thrilled with the result! The customisation process was super easy, and the card looked even better in person than it did online. The print quality was excellent, the delivery was fast, and the card felt really premium. The recipients loved the personal touches and it made their day extra special. Moonpig never disappoints — I’ll definitely be ordering again!
