As of the 17th of Feb, 6 days after ordering the card it has still not arrived. Very poor service.

Arrived 2 days late

Card was great 5* the design and quality amazing. I pay for Moonpig plus yearly which wasn't really that much off the card. Was offered a discount in my email as it was a reminder , was sent 20% discount but it kept dismissing it so not sure if I can have Moonpig plus and a reminder discount at the same time which would seem unfair . Postage is expensive, card didn't arrive on time for the 18th birthday ,it arrived the day after ,I ordered card Tuesday and it arrived Friday, I ve had lots of cards from Moonpig before and it's never happened, I am very disappointed this time

Product is fine, delivery took a full week even though I paid for a & picked next day delivery! No refund after asking for one. Poor service.
