I bought this mop pro for using in my new house , moved in just a week ago , on using only for the 2nd time it’s already broken. The dry part of it has come away , no way to get excess water out. It will not reattach at all . It’s also very flimsy and topples really easily . I am still paying this through Klarna have informed them of issue and have suspended payment . I have also emailed customer services 3 times now and still no response . Very dissatisfied customer here . Avoid this company .

Ordered a mop and on arrival ( which took longer than advertised ) the mop bucket lid was broken. The quality is extremely poor...something I wouldn't pay a few pounds for. I paid £24.99.
Contacted company to ask for a refund due to it being faulty and of poor quality,only to he told,sorry it's been opened,we'll of course it has that's how I've found out a part is broken,I'm not a mind reader . They still refused and sent me out a new lid,which they didn't pay postage for!!!! So I had to pay £7 to get the parcel. I emailed company and they've replied...it's a scam and contact my bank. I included screenshots of all the paperwork that clearly shows they've sent it to me and the failure to put postage on card from Royal Mail. It was officially delivered by Royal Mail as I know our post people. AVOID this company at all costs,they will blame anyone but themselves. Customer service is a minus I would give minus stars,but had to leave 1 star to post this review . AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Fast reliable service. The mop and bucket are as described on the website. Simple, compact and space saving. Definitely recommended for homes with limited storage space. Only con is that, I find the lid hard to remove for filling up bucket with water, so I fill up without removing the lid. Works great.

Great product easy to use and store

I received exactly what I ordered very quickly.

Delivery was quick.
The mop goes together easily and likewise undoes easily.
Found it to be very good.

Please don’t waste your money. I ordered 5 new cloths, arrived 3 weeks after order placed. I was then charged £5 for postage before Royal Mail would deliver as postage apparently not paid 😡I laid for delivery when I ordered and was promised 2-3 day delivery period.

Ordered new mop covers - took my money and they haven’t turned up yet, over three weeks is long enough- no response to my email query -

I purchased this moppro bucket and mop, I was very disappointed when I opened the box and assembled the mop. The mop is very cheap quality not worth even a penny I have not used it . The mop is very flimsy not possible to use it with out falling apart not that I tried as the poll was not connecting. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Placed a order on Monday 22nd May then got sent the usual emails of the order then on the Tuesday got another from Evri saying there are expecting a parcel 2-3 delivery with the tracking number also sent via email to me.

It's now the 2nd June and still not had my delivery as my order is still at Mop Pro not even sent out to Evri, i have emailed Mop Pro because they have no customer support phone number which is awful for a business in my opinion but hey, i tried there chat service which is totally broken and does not work so i am stuck in limbo if i got scammed or something + on the Shop app i cant even make a complaint because the order is not a month old. I don't know what to do.

At this point i want my money refunded ASAP

We never received the order. They advised us to contact them back if not delivered by evri within the next 48hrs as evri have confirmed that they received it.
We still have not received it after almost 3 wks but they will not answer our emails. Very poor customer service and lack of communication

Looks like at best inefficient organisation or at worst another scam outfit.
Placed my order 24th May and rereceived an email on the 25th advising order had been shipped. Money was debited on my account same day.
Having checked the Evri tracking every day since it says they are still waiting for item from supplier.
Sent numerous emails to Mop PRO received one reply back on 28th May advising the order is still being processed and that I would receive it in 2 days. (Contrary to the mail from them telling me order had been dispatched).
Today 1st June... no mop... no contact...money gone.
Wish I had gone down to the high street and bought a mop.

No problem experience, and the Mop is great neat attractive and space saving ,delivery was great

Ordered 5 replacement pads for the mop, order was sent with with a EVRI delivery label but was sent by Royal mail, so I had to pay £5 because there was no postage paid to Royal Mail. Keep being told that this is a scam.

I bought my first mop and never got chance to use it because my partner took it with her when she moved out, So I got myself another to do the laminate floors with, and it worked perfectly no streaks and dried really fast unlike the old traditional mop I tried quite a while ago, but that just left too much water on the boards and I was frightened that would cause the laminate to swell, So I am highly delighted how my new mop works

The Mop arrived with no instructions which wasn’t a problem, however the first time I went to use it the Mop Head was stuck in just one position making it useless!!
I emailed Customer Services who responded telling me they can be a bit stiff to start with! At the risk of breaking it I wasn’t prepared to use any more force than I already had.
They have now told me to return it and they will dispatch another one.
No mention of return postage being paid by them however!

Nice and easy to use

Unfortunately since placing my order on 17th April I still haven’t received the mop! There has been numerous emails and messages chasing the order, which were eventually responded to with the excuse of being delayed in transit and that another mop would be dispatched. Still no mop - I’m hoping my request for a refund isn’t met with the same standard of customer service.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company !!
Mop arrived over a week ago, absolute rubbish and not fit for purpose, despite emailing company 5 times to arrange a return they have not responded.
They are just another social media scam company in my opinion, the mop is nothing like their advertisement and a total waste of money.
