The actual cabinets/bookshelves are amazing. When I had one problem with one shelf - the customer service response I received was outstanding. Constant responses. No delay and problem resolved.

Order delivered promptly, accurately filled. Arrived with usual crushed corners/edges, but a styrofoam genius must have packed it. Nothing damaged. Assembly went fine; clear instructions; good hardware; seems solid and well built. Impressive! The color is a bit more yellow (and less red) than we'd like, but we suspected that from the web pictures. Only complaint: while the finish overall is fine, the top surface is poor. Not sure why. Looks like the chemistry of the finish was off somehow. Very rough (compared to the balance of the piece). Tolerable, but unfortunate, and inconsistent with the overall quality.

I have ordered multiple items of mopio and have loved everything I have ordered. It looks so expensive but it’s affordable. I recently ordered a small cabinet and unfortunately half of the items were missing in the box. I immediately contacted customer service not thinking I would hear back for a few days since it was a holiday. I was contacted back right away and Batrisha went above and beyond for me. I was sent a new free of charge . I will be ordering more items from this company. They go above and beyond for their customers.

Directions were ok ! And some of the holes where hard to screws in also
Had some yucky stuff in cushions.
Put it together myself 56 year old women .

The couch is excellently well-designed! Feels like expensive furniture without the price tag - LOVE IT!!!!

I had terrific customer service. My husband and I both ordered a cabinet and I quickly emailed to intercept and cancel my order. They emailed with several updates and successfully canceled before a delivery. Thank you for being on top of things.

I ordered 6 pieces of furniture that arrived quicker than expected. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. One of the drawers was missing the holes for the handle and customer service was very prompt to address the issue. I appreciate Yaashiine & Balvinder’s assistance. Once assembled, all pieces were beautiful and have elevated my living room space.

Sectional was easy to put together and looks great in our living room. Had one issue with a pillow cover being damaged but the customer service team (Kartiga & Batrisha) helped resolve the issue. Overall, a great product for a great price.

The quality of the furniture is very good. It is beautiful and looks high end. It feels super solid and much more well-made than comparable furniture we’ve had to put together. I will say, we had a frustrating situation where the hardware and one piece of our book shelf was not in our package, but they made it right almost immediately with quick responses. I’d definitely recommend.

The ordering process was easy as the pieces are modular and i could adjust for my space. When it was time to assemble everything, my husband and i figured it out without too much frustration and even the way the covers went on was very intuitive. At one point, i thought i would have to return the ottoman as it diminished the available space to walk through once we had the entertainment center assembles as well. Arvind & Yaashiine were very accommodating of our needs and were able to discount the ottoman to reduce shipping costs and environmental impact. I appreciated their understanding.

I was looking at few beautiful storage cabinets from this company and placed a couple in the cart to review them later. By mistake, I ended up buy one of those that I was considering but wasn't absolutely sure of buying yet. The buying was directly made from my Apple pay and it was such a big mess to an address that wasn't even mine. As soon as I reached out to their customer service by email, I got a response. Yaashiine was very helpful and were able to intersect the shipping and send it back. They took care of everything very efficiently, which I highly appreciate. Now, I can go back and carefully look and buy what I need.

I purchased a 7-piece sectional for over $2,000 and received delivery within five days. While I appreciate the modular design and flexibility of the couch, my experience after delivery has been extremely disappointing.

Upon arrival, several pieces were damaged, and some sections included what were clearly used legs. The legs were bubble-wrapped and stored inside the ottoman, so the claim that they were damaged during shipping is inaccurate. These were not new parts — they were visibly used.

I contacted Mopio support immediately to resolve the issue. Over the course of a week, the back-and-forth communication resulted in inconsistent and unsatisfactory resolutions. The first offer was a 10% refund with no replacement. The second offer was 30% back on only the damaged section, which was less than the original offer, still without replacement. A third proposal involving replacement parts is still pending. Throughout this process, the explanations provided have not aligned with the condition of the items received.

It has now been two weeks, and the couch is still not fully assembled due to waiting on a proper resolution. For a purchase at this price point, I expected significantly better quality control and customer service. A full replacement of the damaged components along with a partial refund to account for the inconvenience would have been a reasonable resolution.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

Although I had a problem with incorrect hardware being sent, I’m giving 5 stars due to excellent customer service to resolve my issue. Liveniya&Bal were very quick to respond and always polite and friendly which is appreciated. My new hardware has been sent and I’ve already ordered another Mopio piece as I’m happy with the quality of the furniture for the price. Looks more expensive than it is. Thank you, again!

I ordered a few pieces for my living room- never heard of Mopio before but it kept popping up on my social. As soon as I ordered I realized my address was incorrect, we just moved states.

I quickly chatted with a service rep online; Yaashiine and she helped me change the address. She also kept me posted on the status to ensure everything was correct.

My husband put the furniture together- took a couple hours. The quality is great. I am really happy.

I loved the cabinets and they were great quality but they did not work for my space. Kartiga was so helpful in helping me with the return with no problems. I would definitely order form them again.
