Utterly useless customer service from MoreSports.com.

I purchased a pair of trousers from them last Thursday and paid for next day delivery. The trousers turned up next morning but were unfortunately too big so I went on to the MoreSports.com website to arrange a return. I then received an email from them saying the following:-

Your return request was sent and is being reviewed. We'll email you once it's been completed.

Firstly, I don't understand why MoreSports.com need to review something as simple and straightforward as a mail order return? And since trying to arrange this return at 12:22pm on Friday 30 September I've had no response from them whatsover.

I’ve been shopping online for years and honestly moresports.com has the worst returns process of any company I have ever purchased an item from.

100% for customer service. Despite being a tricky intermediary between the manufacturer of a faulty pair of shoes and Amazon, a position which could lead some to make life difficult, the team there was courteous, responsive and effective in solving the problem. Love it when you find companies like this. Life gets just a little simpler.

J’ai acheté un club de golf il y a un an et demi. Celui-ci a eu un problème. Après contact avec eux, ils ont traité directement avec la marque pour la prise en charge, ont répondu rapidement à nos questions, et ont traité rapidement et parfaitement la prise en charge.

Ordered timberland work boots, started to split, got in contact with more spots, they worked there magic and got me a new pair of boots delivered 3 to 4 days later, I'll always be getting my boots from these, 6 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Now that we are playing on our two courts, I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful job you did. The color is exquisite and very upscale and the courts hold. No water after a rain. We are hoping beyond Hope that you will come back to redo our old courts!
