Great experience
I purchased a remembrance ring which involved me taking ashes into the Stamford store and my experience could not have been better. The shop assistant was lovely, kind and explained the process perfectly. The only downside for the whole experience was that I received a notification saying my ring was due to be delivered but it was actually another ashes collection kit which was a big disappointment as it was such an important piece of jewellery. When it did arrived however I was very happy with it and have worn it every day since.

Personalised birthday candle holder
Fantastic customer service & response to any emails. Quick turnaround time for a personalised item as it had been ordered very last minute.
I ordered the personalised birthday candle holder, only niggle is it will only hold very slim birthday candles, you need to twist it in very carefully. I’ve not knocked any stars off rating due to the quality & service. Would recommend the holder is made slightly wider to accommodate candles or slim candles that fit the holder made available as an additional option.
