Good communication but must say underwhelmed by the actual product. Leather bracelet was similar to one we bought in Spanish market for 10euros!
Shame because it was for a gift that I’m a bit embarrassed to send now

Special jewellery from a fab company
A beautiful silver pendant with our fingerprints made a perfect 18th birthday gift for my daughter. The workmanship is very high quality and the piece is absolutely lovely. The customer service was pretty much the best Ive ever had from any company. Truly cannot recommend Morgan & French highly enough. I will definitely be buying more of their jewellery in the future.

The comms were great and the product…
The comms were great and the product itself is of a high quality. It was a bit stressful when I wasn't in for delivery.....I reassigned it to be delivered to my local post office but it wasn't noted and Royal Mail attempted delivery again and I wasn't in (I work Mon - Fri) I went to the post office every day until it was recommended that I go to the sorting office. Luckily it was there. I was so relieved.

There was great care given with many aspects from the customer service, instructions on how to package and send the ashes, updates with how the order, how long it'll take, delivery and last but not least the quality of the jewellery.
Me and my sister both ordered with Morgan and French, 2 different designs and are both so so happy with what we chose and how it's turned out.
For what it means and how you'll feel I would definitely recommend Morgan and French
