After writing a review about Morgan King and Jack Diamond I today received a call from the man himself Jack Diamond who for some reason when I was trying to contact him about the position he had confirmed to me and given me a start date was very elusive and silent.However today I had two calls to inform me that he was not happy about the review I had left about him.I asked what he was not happy about about he said it was not him who had let me down but the Client.
Not very professional yet again to pass the blame he then said it was an agency and it was the nature of the game for things like this to happen.
I said I strongly disagree it is peoples lives and livelihoods he is playing with .
I was told by Jack on two occasions that I would be starting first Monday did not happen and then the following Monday the same thing.
I strongly suggest that if a Client is doing this then you do not do business with them and do not lead your future employees on that this is guaranteed if I was told this company has let him down in the past then I would not have turned down other opportunities like I did .
I would suggest strongly against using their services this may have been a different case if today that call had been an apology but it was anything but .

Get numerous emails and texts then when you apply you hear nothing , most of the time they dont have the courtesy to let you know anything , there are better agencys out there and i will be unsubscribing from emails and blocking number from now on

Bombarded with initial calls - filled out there application - never heard anything back at all after - despite being promised a call back - harassing

Was treated badly at work with no support from the aforementioned

Having been contacted by Caitlynn Patrick and put forward for a role, I would like to thank her for her professionalism and support. Caitlynn was very informative of the role and experience required which assisted me in being successful.

Was called to work for 2 weeks but only worked for one day
Was not paid despite being given 2 different dates.
On the 2nd due date to be paid, I received a call from a paymaster (Sapphire) who wanted me to register with them so that they pay me and said they will charge me $21 to paying me. I refused informing the paymaster that I was not informed of this, hency they are not privy to this matter, I was referred back to Morgan King agent, George McVeigh who referred me back to the paymaster and has since stopped taking my calls. I asked for a manager's contact details to discuss the matter but have not been given one to date.

Joke of a company failed to pay me for 2 weeks then shorted me by 2 and half hours rude and obnoxious staff who state wages but are no where near that please do not work here I am currently going to take them to small claims and will update once done so

Please all hgv driver stay away it really shocking. That say a price on phone then change it when comes to paying and pay short hours. They just tell you what you want hear to get you into job to make them money. I never had any problems with any other agency in 6 years driving.wrost agency in Country they are con men callum and Adrian they rob your money

Don’t waste your time with this agency. Called them from a job advertised on Indeed. Everything was fine. Cara asked me to send via WhatsApp all the cards and references, after that nothing from them. Time wasters!!!
