Hello MorningBlues Team,

I’m writing to share my feedback about my recent experience with the R1 product and, especially, with your support team member, Dylan.

Unfortunately, the R1 I initially received was defective, which could have easily turned into a very frustrating experience. However, Dylan completely changed that outcome. From the very beginning, he showed exceptional professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He explored every possible option, followed up quickly, and handled the entire process with remarkable diligence and cordiality.

Thanks to his dedication, the product was replaced smoothly, and now everything is working perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the final result. To be completely honest, without Dylan’s support, I would have walked away very disappointed with the service. Instead, I’m walking away impressed and grateful.

Please make sure Dylan’s efforts are recognized. His support truly made all the difference and reflects extremely well on MorningBlues as a company.

Pleasant Surprise

I was quite surprised by how good quality the headphones were; they were louder than I expected and the noise cancellation works really well. I love the mini touchscreens and have started customizing it already. It came in perfect condition and has a very long lasting battery life. When I don’t use it, it feels like a great accessory just hanging on my neck. The customer service was awesome; they continuously checked back with me to make sure that I had a great experience. In general, it fulfilled my expectations and still manage to surprise me. I’ve won the giveaway for it, but it’s definitely worth the price!
