Needed new smart meters for EDF. There were two guys, both called Phil. Polite, courteous and really helpful. They were professional, explained what they were doing and tidied up after themselves.

Was left a card with a QR code to provide gas & electric readings, after 5 attempts, because of it continually cutting me off and having to restart all over, it only allowed me to provide my electric read…. I have received an email from Morrison asking me to provide the gas read, how ? The process doesn’t allow me to !

They said they were here to do a meter reading and when they left we were charged £70 by our electricity provider and was even told by our landlord that they shouldn’t have made their way into our home

Unfortunately I was late back home. This was absolutely not a problem for our engineer. He explained what he was doing and about to do for the time he was here. Very polite and very helpful (even retrieving the dog when she made a break for it!).

Got card through door asking us to provide meter reading on website, but website refused to accept reading. Wasted 10 minutes, and eventually went on to the website for the actual energy provider, cutting Morrisons and their incompetence out of the equation.
Incredibly rude service
Doorbell rang and when I answered and said hello, a man was talking on his mobile phone and pointed a finger at me. I assumed he wanted me to wait while he finished his phone conversation?! I waited a few moments and when the call just carried on I shut the door as I thought this was an incredibly rude thing to do. Doorbell rang again twice after about 5 minutes. Assumed it was this man again and he probably was selling something so ignored it. Hear something fall through the letter box moments later and it’s a card for a gas meter reading. What rude service.

Extraordinarily rude and arrogant, didn't show any identification (beyond a poorly fitting Morrison anorak) and became indignant and surly when challenged. So Morrison what are you teaching these buffoons, this one needs to show some respect when visiting someone's home.
Rude and unprofessional
Had an operative visit today no knock just went straight to the meter when challenged got very rude and aggressive phoned the company to complain and they are just as rude and unprofessional. Witnessed the same operative accessing several other properties without knocking doors. I will not deal with them
Awful experience: Rude, arrogant and unprofessional meter readers
Rude man climbing into our bushes; no explanation and no knock on the door. When asked what he was doing, told me 'he would get to me' and proceeded to collect meter reading without stopping or explaining. Eventually my husband had to come out as he was being very passive aggressive, refusing to give a proper explanation and was being intimidating. He threatened to call the police or his boss. My husband eventually spoke to his boss to explain the situation. Awful experience, awful company who seem to think they owe you no explanation and can simply access your property as they seem fit.

Rude man banging on my door claiming to need to read my metre on behalf of British Gas. Being a young mum on my own with two kids felt very intimidated and told him I was too busy and that because I hadn’t had a letter I wasn’t letting him in. He had my details on a smart phone and addressed me by name. The guy was very scruffily dressed with a Morrison hi vis on, he could’ve been anyone and with two young kids in the home I was definitely not willing to let a randomer in!! Garden furniture at Morrisons
Bought 2 rattan garden sofas today. Good value for money but absolute fiasco to buy. No thought given to how you get the very large boxes to checkout. No option for delivery. Nice guy who worked there helped us. But completely useless customer service for these large items. Should have been at the front of the store with a barcode to take to till. Absolutely stupid.

Decided to read my smart meters without my consent left my electricity meter door wide open so rain water could get in my electricity refuse to show he there I'd so I sent them away no I'd no meter reading
Rude and arrogant
When visiting my neighbour the driver decided to completely block my driveway despite there being plenty of room on the neighbour's drive plus on street parking. When asked to move he decided he was entitled to park there and intentionally remained blocking my drive refusing to let me get to work. I had to notify police in the end! Unbelievable!!

I have just had a visit from a very unprofessional meter reader claiming to act on behalf of OVO Energy - asked them to confirm he was genuine and working for them. Very vague response from OVO - didn't seem to have a clue
This person was spotted by my wife, wandering around the front garden at 8.15am. When asked what he was doing he said the had come to read the meter and complained about not being able to raise the neighbours - not my problem!
He was presented scruffily, did not show any identification and did not explain what he was doing in a clear and appropriate way.
I am extremely unimpressed by this approach
