Neil Cutmore is the best mortgage advisor out there. He is very efficient and great at communicating. Highly recommended! 5 stars!! I would not hesitate to use Neil again and will be recommending him to all of my friends and family.

we were sorted ,taking the pressure off us

Neil was excellent in helping my wife and I get our first mortgage and made a tricky process, as I am self Employed as stress free as possible. We got the whole process done from Mortgage in principle, offer and completion in 8 weeks, which was only made possible by Neil being proactive, knowledgeable and quick to respond. I would highly recommend.

We were really stuck in the middle of our mortgage application and were at a loss as to how to overcome an issue regarding land registry. Clutching at straws we decided to ask an independent broker for some advice as to whether there was a solution, so we got in touch with Neil who immediately knew what to do. Neil is knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Neil worked with us to help us buy our first house, move house and multiple remortgages (including to secure additional borrowing for renovation work). He always helps us to understand all our options to get the best outcomes for what we need. He is approachable and responsive whenever you have questions or need help.

Neil has done a great job for us over the past few years, initially finding us a buy-to-let mortgage a few years ago and then another BTL mortgage this year, as well as a residential mortgage for us for our own home.
