Poor Experience
Poor Experience – Hidden Charges and No Response
Ordered tile samples and was hit with unexpected delivery charge that wasn’t clearly stated. Reached out to customer service, no reply at all. Other companies offer samples for free or a small, upfront fee. Disappointing and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend.

• VAT and delivery costs are clearly displayed throughout the checkout process on our website. At no point are these charges hidden.
• We offer free delivery on up to 5 samples, and this is clearly promoted during the ordering journey.
• Additionally, if a customer places a full order with us, the cost of up to 5 samples is refunded in full.
It appears you have missed all this information across our website, where all other customers utilise and enjoy these services.

Prompt and well packaged
Order arrived quickly and was well packaged. Only issue I have is that my order was small quantity however delivery charge was the same even if I had ordered a large quantity so I felt that the charge was high

Great tiles at an unbelievable price. The company had reduced the tile from £26.26 to £6.30, when other retailers were still selling at £21.04 and 31.95 per tile.
Ordering was simple and delivery quick. Overall a great customer experience.

Colour Totally different to ON-LINE pic!
