Easy to use, quick results, & affordable.

Buyer beware. I was charged $19.95 to download the app Feb 25. The app gave genetic recommendations and was not good. I asked to cancel on March 25. On April 9 I was charged another 57.90. I have emailed the company and they will not respond.

I would give zero stars. There was nothing of value in my purchase and I felt like I fell into a scam trap. They did not refund me even if I asked them to the same day. It was my mistake for not thinking it through and realizing this was a fake business plan and a complete scam.

Very difficult to cancel subscription

I have learned a lot about style and color for my body shape. I always covered my shape in larger pieces, but I was uncomfortable and knew I wasn’t fooling anyone. I am looking forward to trying clothes with these styles.

It was easy to create account and I already got some ideas for future!

Great suggestions about shapes, colours, textures, and accessories to suit my colouring and shape. Even includes tips about which make up shades work for me.

When you are thru the quiz you pick 8 wks plan to try out .... Eventhough , they try selling other stuff towards the end of the quiz , well that is not correct they charge for other stuff ...." You queried Mosso about plan price discrepancy ($28 plan vs $33.27/$31.29 what they charged )" . even within minutes of cancellation after purchase guess what they offer 25 % of refund 33.27.... Not worth doing business with a company .....

This app delivers everything it promises. I love the color analysis and makeup tips. I am going to get rid of everything in my closet that does not coordinate with my style and gradually add pieces that do.

The app got my colour palette wrong. I had to change it myself. But more importantly it added a one time purchase of the Wardrobe Mastery Bundle at checkout. I did not want this and they tell me the cost is not refundable. Also be aware that the colour palette is a subscription not a one time purchase. They did respond to my concerns and cancelled my subscription but will not refund the item that I certainly do not want.

Have not received anything at all from this company. My credit card has already been charged and I am disputing it . Not happy and could kick myself for not checking the reviews first…

I’m just starting to use this service and have experienced excellent customer care already. Now that I’m retired, I can take the time to refresh my wardrobe. Time to get rid of all the tee shirts and very casual clothes I’ve been living in lately.

Scam. Advertisment said i would recieve a 10 piece wardrobe. Very little information on page and was required to pay for subscription before full details provided. Turned out it was a AI style guide with links to product recommendations. Tried to get a refund stating it was deceptive advertisement and they refused stating it wasnt in their T&C. As i mentions there was nothing on their page stating this. Called PayPal and was told "I should be more careful" of scams. I literally had to get angry in order to get a voucher from PayPal to cover amount without them putting in report. So I decided to expose company on here

I’m glad I invested in myself with this app. I liked that I was able to explore the different body types to match myself.

They advertise this as highly personal. You answer questions about your skin, hair, eyes, height, weight, and body shape. However, the suggestions I got were VERY general. For example, the color palette for my clothing was something I could easily look up on Google. Then they have this "try it on" feature. Somehow, they took the information I gave and turned it into a more desirable shape with less weight. I even uploaded a picture, and it was still bad. It says a stylist is "active" when it's all just AI-driven, which I could tell by the answers to my questions.
So, after a couple of hours, I canceled my subscription and requested a refund. They only gave back 25% when I didn't even have it for half a day!
Don't waste your money.

Most suggestions are for young women. I’m 70 years old and will just keep wearing my orthopedic shoes.

So far it's interesting. Learning about my style is interesting, but I don't agree with the colour choice that was chosen for me.

SCAM! Still no refund!
I signed up for an 8 week subscription. I sent this message to the contact page to ask for a refund and stated my reason. It gave me no other option but to cancel the subscription, and I haven’t had a response regarding the refund. See my message below:
Hello,
I’ve had a look through the app and, unfortunately, it’s not what I expected. I was hoping for something more user-friendly and tailored to my own wardrobe and preferred shops. Instead, it seems to generate outfit suggestions that don’t reflect my personal style or the clothes I already own. As I haven’t used any of the services yet, I would like to request a refund.
I appreciate your help and look forward to your response.
