Excellent quality and service. For sure I wll be more products.

These two girls are super nice and friendly. They really know their product, thus can tell you everything about the production, quality and particularities. They helped me finding the right product and the delivery was fast. The packaging is done with a lot of details and love.

From placing the order to unpacking this lovely Etui to wearing the earrings ... I loved it! As I work in software myself I really have to say that my user experience was great. The order was easy and the delivery very fast. It is arrange nicely and has a small bag, to put in the earrings. The quality of the bag stands for itself and you can see with how much love and dedication MOSOU is made. The earrings are super light and you can wear them everyday. I took the rosé gold one and the colour looks good to blond hair (like Toni on the website) ;P

Bought the basic ball necklace and diamond huggies for my civil wedding last year and LOVE them!! Great quality & service - will definitely order from MOSUO again.

Einfach toll! Zuerst war ich ein wenig skeptisch Echtschmuck übers Internet zu beziehen, das war total unbegründet! Sowohl Qualität, als auch Design und Kundenservice überzeugen! Ein echtes Lieblingsstück!

Simply outstanding! Exceptional design and very high quality jewellery. My girlfriend wears them every day and I’ve made her happier :)
Packaging comes in a lovely and top quality box and arrived quickly and exactly as described.
Honestly highly recommended!

Cute Ladys and very professionelle!
I've ordered a number of times and have always been super satisfied with the service. At first I was a little skeptical about ordering real jewelry on the Internet. but at no point was disappointed and I am very happy

I recently bought 3 items from the Mosuo online shop. The customer service was very helpful, the package arrived within 2 working days in Poland (that’s where I currently live). To be honest all items look better in real than on the pictures. What I was also very happy about is that the jewelry closures are very solid, both for the necklace and the earrings, so I never worry about loosing them despite wearing masks and winter garments (hats, hoods, scarfs).
The quality of the items is definitely very high, which u can see and feel when you put them on an wear them.
I do absolutely recommend this brand! I wear the items every day!

Unique and high quality jewelry. Amazing customer service. The team was very helpful with any questions that I had and overall excellent shopping experience. Already received so many compliments for my pieces and can’t wait to grow my MOSUO collection!
